We decided to try the malls hair salon. The LADY WAS RUDE. besides not listening to what we wanted for the hair style. She didnt cut it straight , it was all uneven. I think if you want more costumers coming in the lady first needs to check up her attitude and provide ggood costumer service. This by far was the worst experience Ive had at a salon. Very disappointed. We hope you can deal with the hair stylist that was their we came in 2/23 around 5pm. PLEASE & THANK YOU .

Well, its the only mall weve got. Seriously, though: After several years of poor management and high store turnover, Heritage Mall seems to have improved quite a bit. Thankfully, Target has hung on for many many years along with a few other staples like Ross, Payless Shoes, Bath and Body Works. Old Navy has been a solid addition in recent years and now Hobby Lobby even brings visitors from out of town. We could ALMOST go 4 stars.

Wish Albany had some bigger named stores. I hate always ordering online or driving 2 hours to go to some larger mall to do some shopping! Heritage mall is ok, many places I dont go in because they are too young for me now and my kids have grown up too. Old Navy, Bath and body works and Hobby Lobby are nice stores but how many times can you go to these places before it gets old. Sigh...

Compared to larger malls in the Portland area this mall has fewer stores. Although, it passes with the minimum having 4 main stores (Hobby Lobby, Target, Old Navy, and Ross), a handful of well-known and local shops, and a small food court. Outside is looks a little under maintenance, but inside looks fairly new, clean and managed. Overall its a good small local mall for Albany.

In terms of malls over all, not the biggest or the most exciting, and it isnt as popular now as it was 20 years ago. There are a decent number of shops that I like to visit frequently, however, and I love stopping by Bobs Pizza to get some cheesy bread, it reminds me of when I was a kid.

This mall seems like it is dying. Not that many stores inside anymore. The outside stores are nice such as Hobby Lobby and Target. There is a Christian book/miscellaneous store too which is a nice touch. Management really needs to reach out and do some marketing.

Minimal mall, always has stores coming and going. I enjoy the main stream stores of it. Old Navy, Hobby Lobby, Target, Ross. It tries and has some everyday needs and some decent food places to eat, but still very minimal. Has a decent community out reach though.

Not the greatest mall, but its the only one we have. The food court has had a couple of nice upgrades with Bigfoot burger and a Hawaiian style place. Both have good food. It seems to be getting better, in general. Theres a nice kids play area as well.

Not much going on here as far as stores go. A lot of stores opening for business and a lot closing for business. They dont have a footlocker store and the closest one is in Salem. You wont even find a kids footlocker in Oregon and that makes me sad.

Surprisingly a really nice mall! A few great anker stores, small but clean kids play area, nice variety of food places on the food court. Parking was pretty easy, be ware the fish smell in the parking lot, assume its somthing from local restaurants

Great little mall for doing some shopping. Good selection of clothing stores aimed at the young adult shopper with the convenience of a Target and Hobby Lobby at each end. Very quiet and calm with motorized zoo animals to rent for kids to ride.

I wish Salem had a mall like this. Always a sense of wonderment for a relatively small town. We love going here for holiday shopping. In the end its just another mall, but its done *something* right, even if I cant quite put my finger on it.

Terrible mall. Theres virtually nothing here. Its tiny, half the food court is empty, Sears is gone, and half of the stores are vacant. GameStop, Ross, Hobby Lobby, Old Navy, and Target highlight the tenants here, but thats about it.

This mall has seen better days. It felt pretty baron as far as stores go and even more of ghost town for people. Good luck Heritage Mall hopefully you can find a handful of new to bring back the glory days of old.

The mall owners have space rent so expensive that no major retail can aford to stay. Now its also because albany suffers from being 20 mins away from really good shopping. So foot traffic is low in the mall.

It was okay. Its a very small shopping mall, but we found what we were looking to buy. There were no friendly employees and no unfriendly ones, either. Just boring ones. Unremarkable.

Im not sure if the rent on the building is so high that the Retailers keep getting chased out of Heritage Mall or what it is kind of ridiculous that they cant keep businesses in Albany

Not a whole lot in terms of shopping. They have a good food court with good food, though. They have some fun events sometimes like ladies night. The Target is nice to have as well.

We enjoy this mall very much. Clean, layout and retail options are very good. Only reason for down one star...be careful negotiating the parking lot. Layout is a little confusing.

The basics are covered here. Hobby Lobby, Old Navy, and Target are the big stores, but there are lots of others. Its very clean throughout, and easy to get in and out of.

Gotten better in recent years but still most of the good stores arent in the mall. You have to exit the mall to get to thwm. Limited selection of everything it seems.

Its the only "mall" in Albany and I never look forward to going. The food options are disappointing, and other than the anchor stores, there isnt much else to see.

Decent selection of stores, but it could be better. Its not as "Mall-like" as Malls in Eugene/Salem/PDX, so dont expect that. Its more strip mall-like.

Really small not alot of shops and food options but its a great place to shop with the family as its not too buisy and the animal kids rides are a plus!

Not much here other than Target and Hobby Lobby really. If you want a quiet place to shop with a few small shops, this is the perfect place for that.

AS FOR MALLS, THIS MALL DOESNT HAVE MUCH. A FEW CLOTHING STORES ALONG WITH TARGET, ROSS AND OLD NAVY. THE FOOD COURT IS NOT VERY APPEALING AT ALL.

Not a big mall like Portland, its very small. Has some nice stores like BBW, West end and rue21. Pretty clean, and mostly good customer service.

Short hours, not many trendy stores. Ross is good and Target has its moments. Food court is mediocre and expensive. Bathrooms can be gross.
