A decent, well organized place, but lacking in certain departments like electronics. Most of the Goodwills Ive visited around the area have followed in the same practice of selling more popular items on their online store instead of selling retail. The selection can stay stagnant for weeks sometimes which makes it challenging to find a reason to come back regularly.

I have no transportation other then my bike. But this good will has no bike rack. So when I asked if I could lock it inside they said no!! So how am I supposed to shop if I cant get here? I thought good will was about the people. But they only care about the wealthy person!!! How am I supposed to get the things I need in life if I am turned away at every door?

This barely qualifies as a thrift store. Most of the clothes and linens are new. Even the used things are priced like new, so there is no advantage to buying here over Wal-Mart. Toys and Furniture are really the only things that actually are second hand, and priced accordingly.

This store hates their customers and now denies them access to a rest room. This policy is especially cruel for parents of young children and for people with disabilities. We had to walk out without making a purchase and we will not be coming back.

Clean, doesnt smell of dirty clothes. But they like to label things "vintage", or "antique" and mark the pricing way up. A couple times I have found a used item in this store that is at Walmart new for almost the same price.

The prices are a bit high if you dont shop on the right day. I have found the cashiers to be downright rude & they dont have any respect for your purchase. The people working the floor are much better.

The manager Gloria called me on Christmas Eve for missing a couple days of work sick only to tell me im fired. They dont represent the "Goodwill mission" in any way shape or form. Terrible people.

If youre willing to take 10 minutes of your day to look through the clothes, you might find an elegant red gown for $2(!!!!). Much better than the North Tacoma Goodwill for clothing.

I never really find anything here. The womens clothing is very disorganized, mixed up between womens and juniors. It seems like this location gets a lot of broken, damaged junk.
