I am gonna be honest here, it is a pretty big store which means its full of a lot of stuff. The book section is the biggest of any of the local Goodwills, and they have a lot of art prints, paintings and framed portraits which is cool. The clothes are okay, the shoe section I have never had much luck with. I do enjoy the miscellaneous aisle, you never know what you might find! But the prices, at times, are laughably HIGH. I feel no shame openly and audibly voicing that opinion when i see something that is offensively priced. It used to be i would leave the store with a cart full, regularly. But now there are times I browse around and leave with nothing. For me, a bit of a shop-a-holic, says a lot.

I have been going to thrift stores for 30 years. Over the last 5 years or so I am always disgusted by the ridiculous prices they charge at this Goodwill. Examples: an old stretched out faded T-shirt $6.99 (can buy these NEW at Target for $5.99). A pair of used route 66 (K-mart) shoes that sold new for $9.99 but Goodwill wants $14.99 for them. Dollar Store items for $1.99. Shoes $29.99, coats $49.99!! Many of these items are K-mart, Target, and Walmart brands, their new prices were not even near Goodwills used prices. Years back I used to have to fight to get up and down the isles in this store now there is hardly anyone in there. Cheaper to buy new.

Wth is no tag no sale.... when this store is based on thousand beyond thousands of people crap! One mans trash is another mans treasure! Ha! Crock o_______ NOT here. I found a perfect basket that would of fit in my plans of reorganizing my home. But oh... 30 mins shopping I get up there with this basket, to find out there NO TAG. Uh ok cant you just guess what the basic price is for these size baskets???? Nope! The cashier says: NO TAG NO SALE.... So today Tacoma lost a customer bc Mia couldnt sale me a basket, so I refused to give my money away on the other 6 items I brought up. ....BYE. THANKS for nothing.

Horrible customer service. They stereotype young people. And that makes it okay for them to follow you around the store the entire time and harass you about your shopping habits like youre a theif! All because you have tattoos! So rude! Ill never shop there ever again. I hope that this store gets better employees and a stronger grasp on customer service. Nobody deserves to be treated like garbage because you think they might be a theif because of how they look. I understand being concerned but there are better ways to go about it than to harass your customers.

Treasure hunting! Found a beautiful, like new purse in the most gorgeous evergreen color with structure like a coach, totally unbranded...Always love what I can find! However on Sunday, at close, potty mouth underage cashiers were gloating about "sooo many dudes I be talkin wit". I thought goodwill provided jobs for people who NEED AND RESPECT having jobs. Customers come to YOUR store and give you THEIR money, to support those hours for your payroll? Itll be quite a while until I come back to 38th.

Terrible customer service/ very mean and not helpful. Prices are very high, considering that the things that they get are donated. I wanted to buy a charger for my phone- the sticker from Target said $2.96 and they were selling it for $19.99!!!! I asked the associate why so expensive and he yelled at me saying that "its NOT my job to decide their prices!" P.s. Very disappointed frequently supporter of this terrible and PROFITABLE organization... :(

This is a fairly large store. The clothes are all hung on racks, so easy to find size and color you are looking for. Everthing is sorted approperately, the isles are easy to move through, the bathrooms were good size and clean, and there was a changing room. There was only 1 cshier when I checked out, so I had to wait, but other than that I was very pleased with this store.

Horrible the way they treat people with special needs. I went looking for Halloween costume. I ended up leaving my cart in the middle of the store. This store is a disgrace. I will never come back. Im embarrassed that we live in a messed up world. When you think people arent looking still doesnt make belittle anyone okay.

I was looking for a handle to my laser cut stamp. They sell small items online now. The store looks like it has been remodeled. I think prices are high when they get things for free but a business needs to run.

Its a big store with a LOT of inventory. Sometimes too much inventory though and sections can get junky and unstoppable. But over all the store is ok. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

they remodeled and forgot they where the only local goodwill with wedding and bridesmaids dresses now there are none that I know of. super sad. they turned it to a boring goodwill like the rest.

When you go to return an item they want to give you a dream card so you can do some more shopping at their store they dont give you cash back even if you paid cash.

Goodwill is awesome overall, you can find some sweet deals and not feel guilty about buying things you dont really need, because the money is going to a good cause.

Pricey goodwill. I think because of location. So much of it seems only a tad cheaper than full price at a store brand new. Shop further away for better stuff.

This is the cleanest Goodwill Ive seen. Bright, organized, looks more like a Burlington or Ross than a place for used goods.
