I was just there about 20 minutes ago worst service ever, first off a worker came back from her break and said register 3 is open so me and my daughter walked over and this lady came. Up behind me and said I was next in line I said well I have an exchange it will be real quick she rudely got into my face and set her items on the counter and said I am next in line, I said mam you dont need to be rude. Second since when has it been you need to exchange things before 7 days? Im sorry I was busy three days ago and realized oh shoot my daughters costume was to big for her let me exchange it real quick but NOPE CANT TAKE IT SINXE ITS PAST 7 DAYS EVEN THO IT HAD THE tag still attached and receipt I will never shop there again

The prices has been rising. You would think they paid for the merchandise. Some of the battery operated electronics are corroded. Most equip dont seem to be tested. I was making a pick up in funiture and this read headed jerk raised his voice and said "you just gonna have to wait, this is a non-profit and people keep bringing us crap we cant sell" this idiot made it seem like I was at fault. From now on, if its to high or cant go out the front door, it will stay in the store. I understand they are taking advantage of the down trodden, criminals, crackheads and mentally challenged, but do they really have to expose the public to them?

Great place. Really well kept. I was at Goodwill 1 week ago. I walked in and ALL the karts were taken :-[ I was holding my baby who is 1 years old and she wanted to keep getting off as I was holding her. I may look young and healthy but I get tired easily. No Im not over weight. Its a different health issue. Anyway a very sweet young worker with like dirty golden hair said she will get me a kart from outside in the parking lot area. I was so happy. I did not feel like walking alot that day. Im so glad for her sweet gesture. She came back like 7 minutes later. Its the little things that count :-]

I bright 8 bags of clothes to goodwill. They had been washed, folde and tied in plastic bags. Unfortunately I broke my ankles d leg so the sat a while my daughter helped me bring them yesterday. The guy broke them ope and wouldnt accept them I no longer have the stamina to unload car, resal. Most people that have to shop at group your websites sucks. From now on all my things will they pick up. Imagine tat!

I dont know why, but the overall price has been going up and up for last one year. My wife does not want to go here any more. She prefers to go to Marshall instead. I go here every week regularly since they always have books to read and the price is really cheap, but some others(furniture and electronics) sometimes have high price.

4 stars today was a better day than some days I have gone thier . Good customer service but not very clean or organized . Just went to try to find a used small desk I could refurbish for my son. No luck that day hense the 4 stars. Will keep trying maybe they will get better stuff or better cleaners who knows.

A clean store but lacking in quality deals. I feel this store is regularly picked through either by customers or knowledgeable staff. While fairly well stocked, the selection of products is pretty low grade and usually nothing Id go out of my way to purchase.

I cannot believe they actually take stuff that is given for free and put such high prices on it. Especially clothing. Such a disgrace. People want to shop there because they most likely cant afford new prices. They should have way cheaper stuff!

Always dropping donations off here cause they have a place where you drive up and someone comes out and unloads whatever you are giving them. They will also give you a receipt for taxes if you want one. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I like this location and stop whenever Im in the area but I do get frustrated by how packed the racks are. It can be impossible to look when you cant even move the hangers. I notice this every time I go, in particular the jeans and dresses.

I was surprised at the prices, I have been to other Goodwill stores and always thought the prices were standardized but guess not, this outlet is expensive for a thrift store. Reasonable clean and well staffed.

This establishment has a decent selection of various things which can be quite interesting. Youre most likely not going to find the rarest things ever, but you certainly will find some interesting gems.

I shopped in childrens they had something for every size but not a big selection. Store was clean staff was friendly and cute. Theres lockers if you have a back pack. No bike rack so find a tree

I am able to find things here for my (7#) dog and me. When I go in without Violet, the clerks ask where she is. They love her. The prices are generally good.

Nothing really standing out aside from that there is no wires/electronics place. Plenty of clothes just no real electronic section
