Hobbytown is a fine example of what a hobby shop can be at its best. The shop combines old fashioned service with great selection and internet competitive pricing. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful to a fault. They even helped repair one of my RC models for free after a crash! As hobby shops disappear across the land Hobbytown is a wonderful reminder of what used to be commonplace. Hobbytown combines friendly, knowledgeable service and makes a positive contribution to the community.

This place is great for anyone that loves train, model cars, and more. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be in there regularly. The owner and employees tend to go above and beyond to make sure you get what you are looking for. They arent pushy sales people and will jump at the chance to talk trains with you. Love this store and the employees.

These folks have my interests at heart. They have a good stock of items I use and a killer price on glow fuel. Theres a huge inventory of APC nitro props as well as other glow accessories. Whenever I order something, they dont mind my showing up 3 weeks later to pick it up; I drive 120 miles to visit their great store and talk with such knowledgeable folks.

I was seriously impressed! From the outside, this place looks a tad run-down and shabby. Inside, its AWESOME! Basically all of the Eflite hardware and planes, a great selection of plastic kits, even some wooden ship-building kits and supplies. Ill definitely be returning next time Im in the area. Its worth a diversion of your trip to stop past.

Great selection of R/C planes, helis, electronics and parts across a wide range of sizes and skill levels to choose from. The Manager Jon was personable, knowledgeable and helpful the entire time. I walked out with a good deal on a new transmitter and good advice on my next plane. I think I’ve found my new go-to shop.

called on the phone asked simple questions about a few rc cars they had me hold for the rc specialist who was very rude and told me he could basically do nothing without part numbers and was quick to tell me they have none of the parts for the 3 different name brand cars i called about needless to say WORTHLESS shop

Great selection! Easy going and very knowlegeable staff!! Great prices and quality!! They even have a simulator set-up so you can fly it there and they even have co-sign!! I dont know what to say other than I love it there!!

These Fellows were friendly and helpful. Most shops in the area are aloof and down right arrogant. This was a very pleasant and enjoyable shop. I did not feel rushed or pressured about a single thing. Rare today indeed.
