Really helpful staff especially since they have almost anything and everything craft related you can imagine yourself needing. I walked in looking for two specific items and ended up leaving with a basket full of stuff. Always check their page for coupons and discounts! If you forget, they have reminders as you walk in and you can always ask the staff!

I had the most awful experience ever in here. I went to do and exchange of something the I buy and I got treat it like I was stolen everything the I buy before. My 9 years old ask me to please dont ever take then back there. Unfortunately people can be very disrespectful and racist with Hispanic people.

Wide selection of raw quilting, sewing and craft materials. This Joannes generally has a very helpful and well-versed staff that knows what youre talking about when you come in asking for something specific. Definitely will be returning when in need of crafting supplies!

The place is ok, but the service is SLLOOOOOOOW. Forget visiting on impulse for one or two things to duck in and out. Youll spend a good 10 minutes in the line to check out. Ive been many times and its the same every time.

Good crafts store. You kind of have to find it yourself. Staff is hard to find and identify but once you find someone theyre usually very helpful. Avoid the Redwood City one - that one is nasty.
