Catch 22 that I couldnt read these reviews before I went because my screen didnt work. He replaced the screen - cost about average for the service. But the touch sensor didnt work. After he tried to convince me out was my settings and to go home it works fine, I refused and he very begrudgingly sent me away so he could replace my old broken screen. I went back and he said it was a loose connection and works now. Later that night it stopped working again. The next morning I called from work (an hour in the other direction) and he insisted I go THAT day within 24 hours to return. He couldnt explain their warranty program (their bogus website says 14 days) but said I get nothing if not going THAT day. Luckily my friend was heading there and took it back. Except he opened it in front of her, added scotch tape - 2 pieces for good measure- and said it worked fine. So now Im stuck with a phone held together by scotch tape that might go out at any second. The guy was incredibly rude and unreasonable. Im pretty sure they used someone elses busted screen to replace mine (so someone else will get mine now Im sure). He barely spoke English which made having discussions with him, especially on the phone, near impossible. They need to fire him, but until then steer way clear if hes there. Id argue they probably use busted or poor replacement parts, so go somewhere else. In fact, in the same mall is another highly rated repair store. Quick Fix. If only I had known!

Had to go back three separate times after getting my shattered iPhone 6s Plus screen repaired. First time the screen went dark in the top right corner after a week, then the next time the camera on both sides stopped working the same day. The third time the Touch ID didnt work paired with the screen shutting off randomly, also strange grid lines appearing all over the screen. I understand its a mall kiosk but for 200 bucks I expect a working screen and a good repair. Havent been back yet but I plan to go back after work and just get my money back and buy a new phone. Just for a little more insight on this post I have never posted a review on any other place before positive or negative. This is the first place I have felt compelled to warn people how bad it is. Get your phone fixed by the provider or cut your loses and buy a new phone but do not use this service.

The hot Brazilian chick replaced my iPhone 5s screen quick and I had no problems with her.. However the guy working there tried replacing my battery with 3 batteries that didnt even work.. He replaced my screen and it constantly presses on the bottom left of the screen.. He included a cheap case but it makes my phone press the bottom left of my keyboard even more! .. I think he unplugged my battery to turn it off and messed up some internals on accident or something because it has been glitchy and it wouldnt turn on when he replaced the screen for 30 min. The chick before who fixed my phone fixed it no problems.. Either there replaceable equipment is boujie/defaulty or I may need a new iPhone .. To sum it up only let the Brazilian chick fix your phone! That or go to the kiosk guy outside that Apple Store

DO NOT GO HERE. Not only did they tell me my phone would be fixed in 1 day they fixed it in 2. I showed up at 12 like they said it would be done and it was not done! on top of that the screen kept falling off on me. They tightened it and fixed it again at no charge but it came off again and than blammed me for the lcd breaking again when they didnt fix it right in the first place. I am so upset we spent 250 to repair our phone. and now its just broken for good. thank you guys so much. A refund would have been nice.

Its a mall kiosk for cell phone repair, what should you expect? They replaced my s7 edge battery (which somehow completely died out of nowhere) in the time they said. 55$. My new battery only charges to 67% max... called and was told they dont provide warranty on batteries they replace and they dont have anymore anyways. You get what you pay for is always true, but at least my phone is functional...

Complete trash. I went to the kiosk in the Federal Way mall and the people that work here are really lazy and have no interest in doing a good job. They charged me 100 dollars to replace my IPhone 5c screen and less than a week later it started falling apart, and the worst part is my friend told me he went to the one in Tacoma and they fixed his for 20. I dont recommend this place at all.

I wouldnt recommend here!service is absolutely 0!!!my lcd shattered and took my phone to here and they said the parts will be here in 2 wks and I waited more than a month and they never call me said it will take more than two wks bs place ever never going back here again and wanted refund they refund back PLUS way Too EXPENSIVE!!! Rather get new phone with that money Im spending on to!

Bought supposedly 2 same covers. But they actually gave one with 4 layers and the other has 3 layers. RIP OFF. we went to exchange it but didnt have the same with 4 layers. The 3 layers doesnt work on screen, its very loose.We asked for refund, didnt gave us the refund.
