A colleague of ours unexpectedly lost a close relative. After discovering this, a co-worker of mine and I decided to send a flower arrangement to the viewing at the funeral home. Little did we know, the viewing was set to start in less than 3 hours from when we called the florist shop. Not only did this company create the floral arrangement we requested, they had it delivered to the funeral home in 2 hours! Imagine our shock when the funeral home called to say it had arrived before the start of the viewing! Thank you Blitz & Co Florist!! I definitely understand why this business has received all 5 stars. Incredible service!

Terrible customer service skills. My flowers were not delivered on time and two days later I still havent received them. When I asked to speak to a manager the young lady hung up on me. The manager made an excuse for her hanging up on me and did not once apologized for her associate. They didnt even bother to contact me until two days later even though I left two voicemails on the 14th but said they didnt get it but even though they had my flowers on the 15th they didnt bother to call myself or my husband about the flowers along with the other things that they ordered. Very disappointed

Ive ordered flowers through these folks several times and never been disappointed. Their arrangements and quality are great, and theyre always willing to go out of their way to help. At one point the recipient was house sitting for a friend, so Blitz & Co drove all the way to southern Puyallup, rather than a mile from their store, with no change to the delivery charge. Yesterday (Saturday on a holiday weekend) they were able to deliver my order less than 90 minutes after I placed it online. I dont have a standard for comparison because theyre the only florist Id want to use.

I am very disappointed in my dealings with this florist. I will never ever use them again and I will tell friends the same. They deserve negative stars! A zero would be too good for them! I called Blitz to have flowers delivered for Valentines Day. I thought I made two very simple requests: 1. Not to reveal the sender, and 2. Any color rose but red. What ended up happening is: 1. They revealed the sender, and 2. They sent a red rose. By revealing the sender, they ruined things. Ive made two phone calls to complain but have yet to get a call back.

I ordered a small arrangement for my daughters birthday. They were delivered to her work. I went to see her an hour later and I was embarrassed at what she received. Seriously, I wanted to sink into the floor because I was humiliated that all her co-workers saw what I, her mother, had sent her. It was a teeny, tiny arrangement of flowers that looked like they were already ten days old. Very, very shoddy looking. I will say though that they delivered the flowers promptly. Speedy service but I would have traded that for better quality in a heartbeat.

My husband is currently deployed and surprised me by sending a gorgeous arrangement of flowers. Imagine my surprise when I found out I was allergic to them the next day. So I called them the day afterwards and they were happy to send me a new arrangement with flowers I have been around before and have not had a reaction too, and its no charge at all. They were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Was not sure what I wanted, but after talking to me, the lady suggested a green and white bouquet. She said it would look clean and bright. My grand daughter just called me ( I live in Michigan, shes in Tacoma,WA ) and told me the flowers were beautiful and made her smile. As the occasion was sad, that said a lot! I am so glad I picked Blitz & Co. Florist. The delivery was extra quick also. Have this site bookmarked for future use.

So I ordered flowers to be delivered, but I also needed a cup of hot coco to be delivered with them to give it that extra something. Blitz & Co totally took care of me, picked up the coco, and delivered the flowers within a matter of hours. Thanks B & C you have no idea how much that little extra helped brighten their day. Id totally recommend this floral company to anybody looking for flowers in the Puget Sound.

I live in Colorado, and needed a corsage and matching boutonnière for a small wedding ceremony in Tacoma, so ordered over the phone. Sarah was the person I spoke to and she was very helpful. The flowers were ready at the scheduled pick up time and were absolutely beautiful. I was very pleased and would highly recommend Blitz to anyone, either local or otherwise. This was the first time I used Blitz & Co. They were very professional, listened carefully to my request and made helpful suggestions. They delivered a beautiful bouquet of long stem white roses, that brought many compliments from our guests. I will definitely use them in the future.

Ordered flowers for my Aunts funeral. Even the Funeral home was shocked to find out that the small, rather pathetic bouquet of cut flowers had cost over $100.00 dollars. Three stems of white Lilies and a couple of white hydrangeas. Will NEVER use them again!
