DO NOT USE THEM! I cannot even believe how unprofessional they are and hope no one has to go through my experience with them which is why Im sharing it. I contacted Burns Florist for my wedding flowers and provided Kelly with all the information necessary for a quote (e.g., type of flowers, delivery information, quantity, etc.). I had to call Kelly twice to provide the same information because I presume she didnt write it down the first time and then it took her 8 days to get back to me with a quote. By the time I finally got the quote, I had decided to make my own bridal bouquets and ordered boutonnières from another florist. I never responded to the quote Kelly sent and we never spoke again on the phone. Then on my wedding day, despite not having an order from me, not receiving any confirmation that I was still interested in flowers or any other type of confirmation, her company delivered flowers to my venue and left them there without speaking to me or getting any type of approval. No one knew where the flowers came from so the flowers were left sitting at the venue. A few days after my wedding, I received an email from them demanding payment for the flowers they delivered which I never ordered! I responded immediately and explained that I never placed the order and would not be paying for something I did not order. I then left the country for my honeymoon and during this time I received many threatening voicemails from Burns including a voicemail at my place of work threatening that if I dont pay they will take me to court and "make me look bad at my work." This type of behavior is absolutely unprofessional and uncalled for especially when they are 100% at fault. I cant believe any business would have the audacity to do something like this! Dont use them!

Great people, excellent business woman. I called from New Orleans to send a bouquet to a friend. They were thorough and informative. They listened and gave me something that exceeded my expectations. My friend sent a picture immediately and was thrilled. Thank You Burns Florist. If your ever in New Orleans Come see us at Manhattanjack Coffee house Bakery so we can treat you right too. I highly recommend this florist.

These people dont have many of the arrangements they advertise on line, and are too busy with a wedding to take the time to fulfill an order it took me 20 minutes to order on line. Try elsewhere.
