I ordered and paid for flowers on 2/10/13 from "Send Flowers," to be delivered on 02/13/2013. I was told by a customer rep. from "Send Flowers" that "Illusion Florist" was supposed to fill the order. By 02/14/13 the flowers had still NOT been delivered. As of today, 02/17/13 the flowers have NOT been delivered. This is completely unacceptable. Do NOT use "Send Flowers" or "Illusion Florist" unless you want to pay in full for flowers that never get delivered!

Thank you for the beautiful flowers at my quinceañera. I couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out and the bouquets were absolutely perfect.
