VIP Flowers PDX has done it again. They have exceeded my expectations. I am an out of state customer, that has placed orders via telephone. I have to say Olga ( the owner) and Dana are the best florists at the shop. They have went beyond what a typical florist would do. They took my order over the phone, sent me examples via text messages, double checking for details, sent me a picture of the finished arrangement and most of all confirmed the deliver of the floral arrangement. That is what I call going above and beyond, when it comes to making a customer happy. Thank you VIP Flowers PDX, P.S. The flowers are of exceptional quality, they get their flowers fresh from the market, so your flowers will defiantly stay fresh longer.

Super excited we chose VIP flowers to do all the flower arrangements for our wedding!!! Over exceeded our expectations! I had an unique bridal bouquet in mind and they made it even better than I could imagine !!! Guest table flowers were so beautiful that our guests were fighting over them and everyone was taking pictures of the flowers and with the flowers :). They are so professional, all the colors and flowers picked out and arranged extremely nice! We have been using their service for years and would never go anywhere else! Thank you Olga and Donna! !
