I called early morning to set up a flower delivery of Yellow and Pink roses for my mothers Birthday. Told the gal Id like to spend around 60 dollars. The flowers delivered on time but they were NOT pretty. There were only TWO roseS, and they werent pink or yellow... More like a whitish. To top it off, the flowers had the wrong name!!! From the Morgan family? Thats not our name! I called to mention the mishap and all she quickly gave me a double back apology. "Well I dont have yellow roses, I went to the warehouse today and they didnt have any. So Im sorry about that." You couldnt of told me that in the morning?! When I ordered? No of course not. NEVER will I give them my buisness again. And I will mention that it is 4 days till Christmas, and Im sure they are busy but the least she could of done was refund my delivery fee or something to make it square.. Thats the reason I wont go back.

I love this place. Denise, the owner of A Rhapsody in Bloom, did the flower arrangements for our wedding. My husband had been a loyal customer for years. For our wedding, Denise designed stunning arrangements and bouquets and did so well within our budget. I highly recommend her services. The shop is also a great spot to shop when you need to find cute little gifts!

We ordered flowers for Mom for Thanksgiving and didnt know which florist in Tacoma to choose (we live in Bellingham). I called Rhapsody in Bloom and talked with a very nice person who took the time to work with me on my order to get exactly what I wanted. The flowers arrived the next day and Mom was thrilled. Great service, great flowers and reasonable price. Thanks!

What A Charming little store. With an Excellent Owner/Barrista. It was a nice little break from running around the stores close by to sit and have a cup of my favorite double latte with a splash of vanilla. Turns out she has owned the store for 24 years and was nothing but positive. One of my new favorites in town!

Nice business!! Owner was really helpful to get me a nice arrangement within my budget. I love doing business with local people. My wife will love the boutique style gift shop with lots of cool clothes. They even have a used book exchange and host live music on Wednesdays. Im heading back next week for the music!

Great flowers, gifts, coffee and local music in the evenings. The owners cat is delightful and the owner is just as unique as her shop. This is a great place to spend some time.
