I went to Flowering Around because they came recommend by a local venue. Their shop is adorable and the person we met with to discuss wedding flowers was super nice. We talked for an hour or so figuring out a vision together. I had print outs of things i liked and didnt like. I felt fine leaving it to them to put it all together. Day of wedding i was dismayed to find that they had completely ignored our entire conversation. The colors were off and they used flowers that I had specifically made clear that i did not like. I was very disappointed, luckily the rest of the wedding was perfect.

Best possible customer service experience. Can not be topped! Called late in the afternoon for an order AND delivery. They were understanding as to the short notice, willing to build from scratch for a specific event, and had it delivered before close of day, no special fees or costs. The receiver both called and emailed me to tell me how absolutely gorgeous the arrangement was. Whenever I need flowers on Bainbridge, Flowers Around will be the first and only florist I call.

Have used them twice. The flower arangements are beautiful & staff is nice but there is no communication in the shop.I have had wrong arrangements be delivered TWICE. Would not use again.

A wonderful flower shop we have used many times and never been disappointed. But Google Maps shows on incorrect location. It is on Winslow Way West, not off Madison.
