Ive purchased hydrangeas at Paradise Flowers for a while, and they were fine. I was happy enough with the plants, although I did notice that most of the people in the shop were distant and uppity. But in the last couple of months I have purchased plants that have not performed well. These hydrangeas lasted just a few days before they collapsed. I tried to provide first a staff person, and then the owner, with feedback on the plants quality and I was really taken aback when the owner threw me out of the shop telling me she did not have time for my comments. I was not asking for any financial adjustment and had already purchased another set of plants. However, I was expecting the owner and her staff to be receptive to the feedback and to provide some acknowledgement of the problem. Instead they behaved in a chilly and snotty fashion, telling me to go away. Shop there at your own risk if you have problems. I certainly wont be back. Personally I dont think this person belongs in a retail business.

Paradise Flowers went above and beyond what was necessary. They first sent an arrangement that was not exactly what I though I ordered and they graciously replaced it with one of the most beautiful contemporary arrangements I have ever seen. They definitely have a sense of style and taste.
