I decided to try supporting a local business with my film developing and came to Ballard Camera. The woman I dropped my film off with was very friendly and wrote my instructions right on the envelope-"doubles, best developing for disposable camera". When I picked up my film later that day, it did look pretty good for being such a cheap camera. I noticed that one of my doubles was missing from one roll and the second roll didnt have doubles at all. A few days later I came back and told them what had happened and just asked for the doubles I was missing to be developed. The woman I talked to that time looked at the envelope and said "You werent charged for doubles." I said, "I wasnt? Well, you can see on the envelope that I had requested doubles to be made." She replied, "Well, you just got lucky with what you got so if you want doubles youll have to pay the extra." I was in a hurry to get to work so I just left them but called when I got a free moment. I asked for a manager and was shocked when the woman I had spoken to earlier answered the phone. I explained that my order had processed wrong and charged wrong and since I had to come back to correct these errors I didnt think it was appropriate for me to be charged again. She snapped, "Whatever, its fine" and then actually hung up on me while I was thanking her. Im incredibly disappointed that I will be unable to support this small, local business.

I absolutely loved my wedding bouquets, corsages, etc. that we got a couple weeks ago!! We wanted classy white flowers that were reminiscent of cherry blossoms while also being affordable (i.e. the flowers were not a budget priority at all), and I ended up being SO smitten with the flowers that I couldnt imagine anything else no matter what our budget could have been! I did the entire ordering/design process over the phone and by email with Jamie, and it was super easy! She knew all the questions to ask that I hadnt thought of. And for my bouquet, I had some unique ideas that they handled beautifully! Specifically, I wanted my unity candle taper to be integrated into my bouquet, so I could actually carry it down the aisle with me, lit. It was gorgeous! (I posted a photo) Also, when my parents picked them up (we didnt do delivery), everything was labeled with the persons name to whom they belonged. The whole experience was professional, artistic, and affordable. Thanks Ballard Blossom!!

Im in Oklahoma. Family death in Seattle. I called Ballards about rose sprays for the immediate female family members & single rose boutonnieres for the immediate family male members. The person who helped me on the phone was patient and willing to hear the description of exactly what I imagined would work best: I asked for black tape wrapping of the stems and narrow black ribbon streamers. The flowers arrived at the Seattle residence the day before I arrived; each was exactly as I had pictured in my mind. They were perfect in every detail, reasonably priced, and Ballards staff working with me over the phone were kind and attentive even though the total price for 3 mens and 3 womens was a mere $121.00 including the delivery fee. THANK YOU EVERYONE AT BALLARDS FOR MAKING A SOMBER DAY BRIGHTER WITH YOUR TALENTS!

On 1/19/15 i had a bouquet of flowers sent to Denmark to an ill friend. I was informed that it took 3-5 days to get the flowers to her, which was fine. On 1/20/15 i received an email stating that the flowers had arrived already, much to my surprise. A pic was sent and showed a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I am so pleased with Ballard Blossom for making this happen so quickly and with perfect flowers! Have used Ballard Blossom for over 20 years and am always delighted with the staff and flowers. Would highly recommend them for any type of flowers or plants. Thanks again for making this happen so quickly !

I called late on Saturday to send an Easter lily to my Aunt. Unfortunately they were sold out. However, Cliff went the extra mile to refer me to other florists and giving me their phone number. Very appreciated as I live in Idaho and am not familiar with the area. After a few calls I found a place that delivered a plant for me. Im impressed with Ballards professionalism and help, Ill definitely be using them in the future! Thanks Cliff!!!

I actually just googled the name to order flowers for my wife again form these guys and I saw they only have a 4 star rating. Soooo I had to leave a feedback because I challenge anyone to show me a better place to buy flowers in the seattle area. Ive used SEVERAL flower delivery services. I have never seen flowers as beautiful. There not cheap, but at least I know my wife will get a breath taking arrangement on time. Thanks all

I have used almost every florist in Seattle and Ballard Blossom is far superior to all! I have used them for 20 years and they NEVER fail to send a flower display that is perfect. I have many friends who are artists, so I want to give a unique arrangement and vase---only BB fits the bill! Just when I think they cant top the last order, they did it again today! Amazing!

They charged my credit card 4 weeks in advanced. But chose to deliver the flowers at the last minute of the work day.They should not have accepted more orders than they can deliver on any particular day, regardless of the event, otherwise they needed to hire more drivers in advance or used other companies like FedEx and UPS as a backup.

My experience with them has been on the receiving end, Ive received beautiful arrangements for special occasions from them and have never been disappointed. They do a wonderful job & the flowers are always fresh & arranged perfectly. I would definitely recommend them for any special occasion, they will do a wonderful job.

Had a job interview with these guys actually. Family owned. Small buisness. Quite neat and tidy store. Very Fragrant and pleasant smell to the store. The flower decorations were beautiful and the staff was quite friendly. Overall very wonderful service and overall presentation

The selection here is far more than whats immediately available in their cases. The florists are able to create a bouquet on the fly for a price point you pick. Why I waited I flipped thru their book of bouquets and was really impressed. I will definitely be a return customer

My daughter sent me a Mothers Day bouquet of mini roses in a lovely ceramic rose teapot. The roses were browned on the edges and wilted, but the arrangement was nice. I am sure she spent more money on it than she should have, but it is the thought that counts!
