Our family was treated terribly by the adoption staff member. After seeing dogs at the humane society we were told to be here at 11am for adoption. We arrived 15 minutes early right after three other people who were all given applications as soon as they got there. There were four dogs all wanted by all four of us families and the employee said that we had the fourth slot and anyone after would have to wait and see if one of the families didnt work. All four families are filling out applications and then strolls another person in with her application filled out and the employee says sorry we just this morning decided that first applications in get first pick and let this person get the dog that she already told us we were in line for. My kids were devastated and my husband and I angry. Petsmart, get your policies in order and tell people straight from the beginning and DO NOT tell a family with kids that they are the right number in line to get a dog and then give the dog to someone else who showed up later!

I have been taking my dog to petco for grooming for 3 years, I decided try petsmart because I called and found out that their prices was a lot better then petco.. When I got there no one greeted me ask me if I needed help. Finally someone asked me what I was doing there I told them I had a appointment and the lady just walked into the back. I didnt know if she was helping me or just didnt care. When I did get helped I didnt have a good feeling about leaving my dog. When we picked her up the price was not what I was told (a lot more). On top of that they had so many dogs waiting to be help that I had a hard time even getting to my dog and when I did the girl didnt want to give me my dog without a tip!!! The grooming area is way to small the workers are rude and they lied about pricing. And they did not do all on the list my dog didnt smell good, they didnt clean her ears and she was shaking and still wet.... never going back!!!!!

Took my puppy there, i told the girl i wanted my puppys hair like cut it really short and she said she didnt want to do it cause she was afraid he might get cold but hes is an inside dog a 4 pound puppy which i have a little jacket for him when he goes outside to potty. All she did was trim his nail and paws and gave him a bath that was it. Not going to this place anymore. Oh the vet place to they do not take aggressive pets and let me inside the room to clam my pet down when its aggressive. They didnt do any shots to my pet. I had to take my business elsewhere. Its not where i use to live down south they have more nicer.

Absolutely awful. I had made an appointment online almost a week before. We came in on time for the first appointment of the day. The groomer said it would take three to four hours. That was normal, I had been here before. Eight hours later, my dog, a medium sized spaniel, is still not done. They had not called me to let me know they would take longer. When I arrived because I was worried, they were not even half done with her grooming. They discounted the price but that wont make the fact that she hasnt eaten all day, and been stuck in a crate stressed much longer than she needed to. We are never coming here again.

Silverdale store is extremely unprofessional and uneducated. I am so disappointed in how persistent they are to sell you something they have NO knowledge about. We used a coupon that we were told if the product didnt work for us to bring back and when we brought it back to exchange we were told no that the coupon we used didnt allow such. The manager played victim while I spoke with him and he couldnt answer much for me. I feel if you dont have the knowledge you shouldnt pretend you do (especially when talking to a vet tech for specialists and this is what I went to school for).

Horrid customer service/general employee staffing. No one could answer a question.. Staff went next door to a groomer to ask the queston.. now she was knowledgeable.. great presence... If i have groom needs will track he down... great employee. The pricing are not sales.. you have to give up information and join to get the discounted price.. avoid this locatin if you want questions answered.. or just start with the groomers... then visit the store.. doubt i will ever return..

I absolutely love this store. We 1st just started with Banfield for our vet and from there were recommended to the training courses. Our beginner trainer was Rebecca who was amazing! And I cant say enough good things about our favorite Groomer, Marie. She does so well with Pepper. Pepper is rather large for me to handle but she loves Marie. And always comes back to us just perfect and prettied up! I would reccomend ANY of the services from Silverdale PetSmart to anybody.♡

This store has aweful management. The employees in the fish department have no clue what they are doing. The older male manager with a mustache treats everyone like a thief and makes customers feel uncomfortable. This store is the worst petsmart I have ever been too and I will never be back after how my family was treated. I understand that they may have high theft but that is an issue for management to work on, that should never be put on a NEW customer.

I usually have great service on the sales floor but when I took my dog in for grooming and paid extra for them to grind her nails instead of cutting them they did not listen! she hates getting them clipped! I do not know if I will return for grooming services if the staff, namely Thomas, will not listen to what I pay them to do. Do not let Thomas groom your dog!

The people there are very nice and the groomer was also very kind. But i wasnt pleased with the results. My yellow lab was still very wet when I picked him up and he still smelled like wet dog. His nails were also still VERY long. I have to take him to a different groomer next week. Im rating it 3 because of the friendliness, not the grooming job.

Great selection with lots of sales! Ive bought 9 aquatic fish from here in the past month. so far, non are dead and all are happy in my aquarium. They have an amazing selection of fish. None of the aquariums are ever over-stalked nor do i ever see dead fish in them. The people working in the aquatics department seem to know there stuff too.

Never had any luck with this place. Staff is scarce and service is bad. Banfield is the worst! They never have products in stock, attendants are always unpleasant with this fed up face as if they were being disturbed by customers. Just go somewhere else. Not worth spending any money here.

Today I went in to get my dog some new food and had the most helpful employee named Ben offer to help me. I was looking for small kibble since my dog lost some teeth but he suggested wet food and told me the best brands to get and my dog loved the suggestions, thank you so much!!
