Another happy customer... I have a muscle condition and no car. So i walk for about 30 min to get your king city oregon location. I bought some stuff off line that was thrown on my porch broken by your charming delivery service. The cust service phone assistance said that they would ship out new items to replace the broke items. They did not. So i called again and the phone rep said she would load the refund to my pals card. So i walked to my local store and tried to buy what i needed and then some. Surprise "we have no pals to give you" so while in the store i called cust service again. This time they back dated my rewards $20 to reflect the pals i had not been receiving cause i cant get my email to consistantly log on to your site. And looked around more then went back the cashier. Still no rewards. So tom your "manager" called the cust service and was told that because of the refund, it could take 24 hrs to load. So i went home. Went back today a month later and im told the money is not there. That it was used a month ago. I said no. Thats impossible cause they did not see it and i cancelled that purchase a month ago. And the manager was standing right there when all of this was transpiring. Did he pipe up? Of course not. He and the cashier who was helping ran to the back office. So here i am again without my refund. And a promise to load it to my card... Three months after your delivery guy broke my items. Maybe next month i can get proper customer service. But then probably .

I have always found the employees at this store to be kind, knowlegeable, and helpful. I buy dog, cat, rabbit, turtle, and fish supplies here. I also take my dog and cat here to be groomed. My dog is NOT an easy dog to groom (shes a rescue) but they do great with her anyway. They always have fun new dog coats and outfits, and dog jewelry. Im a fan of this store for sure and they carry brands that our local stores in Newberg dont carry so I make the drive for them.

I can usually find what I am looking for and they have a great selection of dog foods. This is good for me because I have a dog with allergies to gluten so we have to by grain free food. The only down side is that there is not always someone ready at the register when you go there and you either have to stand waiting for someone or go and look for them. When they do get there they are usually friendly and helpful.

Very clean and well stocked store. Their kitties are a little cramped way in the back of the store, but better than some other locations I have seen. Otherwise, this store is typical of other PetCos I have been to,

My poodle was injured during her grooming at Petco Tigard. The groomer denied any problems. However, the dogs limp was quite obvious and has gone away with time. Well never go to petco for grooming again.

Our Labrador retriever loves Petco. We had her attend to puppy obedience training classes and they installed a good base foundation for her development.

I like the King City Petco better than the Tigard one. The Tigard one is dark, dirty, and smells, but they had what I was looking for.

Nice staff but the grooming staff keep changing hard to build a relationship with our pets when there is always someone new.

We did the doggie self wash. it was very clean and had everything we needed. Great place to wash your dog.
