Love to support wilsonville businesses. We buy Orijen dog food for our dog. Called to see if in stock. They said yes. I asked them how much. They told me that I would need to come to the store to see there pricing. As if they were a car salesman trying to get me to there store to sell me a different brand or something. I see this as a shady practice. I did give them a chance they just told me its ok to take my money somewhere else. I will just buy from the other stores in town.

The owners and staff truly care about every animal and their specific needs. They are some of the kindest people I have ever met. Their prices are very fair and totally worth it with how far they take their customer service. They have so much community involvement and outreach and support organizations that help animals. One of my dogs has a grain allergy and they always seem to find me the perfect product that both my dogs will love. They will forever have my business.

Love it here! Great selection of high quality food and toys for cats and dogs. The prices are great and even better in some cases than big box pet stores in town! Especially if you buy a case of food because they give a discount for cases on top of their already low prices. The owners are lovely people that really care about you, your pet, and your needs. This is easily the best pet store in town!

They didnt have the bones we had gotten here before, so we ordered them, paid for them, were told they would be in in 2 days. They hadnt come in after 9 days. They were unapologetic, refused to issue a refund (which we asked for after 2 days-the order hadnt even been placed at that point apparently). Very disappointed in their service and kindness.
