I bought about 30 feeder fish from this place and 2 days after introducing the new fish to my tank (which I have had for a few years and not one time had an issue) mine were dead. I called to tell them what had happened and they told me it wasnt the fish that did it, they put the manager on the phone and she told me the same thing. I explained again to the manager how I have had the fish for several years and that the tank had not changed and the only new thing in it was the fish that they sold me. She told me (with a half sigh and a "not in the mood for this right now" tone of voice) that the fish werent sick, it wasnt caused by the fish and she would check with her provider. Like it was my fault, or I was just calling to bug them or something. I would not recommend this place to anyone that cares about the animals they take care of, it sure seems like these people dont..

Went in to purchase some flea medication for my dogs. Was asking the girl at the register the difference between Frontline and Advantage. Her response was that advantage is not waterproof. Trying to get clarification on that got a laugh from some punk in the corner. As if asking if in washington state that meant they cant be in the rain, they cant have a bath, what exactly that meant. He felt that was a stupid question and proceeded to tell me so. So I will take my business elsewhere from now on. I suggest you all do the same.

Small but friendly! Its nice not to have to drive all the way down to Gig Harbor to get higher quality pet foods. Everyone in this store has always been pleasant to me, and having some holistic options is great. The store is small, but its certainly got the basics covered, and the employees seem to be more passionate about pets than your average chain store.

Went there when they were at their first location and it was tough too get any good info and products but since they moved its a great place and the people that work there are friendly and knowledgeable and the products are better than box stores and the are fair priced. And yes Taste of the Wild is a great Dog Food!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Such a nice place, and the people are exceptional. Theres just one problem - I wanted to telephone them but only got a "lines are busy" announcement. So Im just writing this to let them know, since there is no email address on the google search site. It really is 5 stars, and more!

We have moved! 1948 Lund Ave Suite 101 in the Safeway gas station complex in between El Pueblito and Wok in Teriaki, down the row from Westcoast Fitness and Starbucks. Open Sat and Sun 10-5 Now open till 7pm weekdays. New items in weekly, pets welcome!

Seriously, such great , smart and kind hearted people that work here! Its a smaller store but they have just about everything you need . They always order my dog food and they picked out the best toy ever for my lab who chews EVERYTHING! ❤️

Not only do they have the greatest staff, but they have the high quality food for my dogs that cost less than the place in gig harbor. .same brands...same quantity..lower price. ..saving gas..and great attitudes. FANTASTIC FIND!!
