Got duped. Womens shoes. Repair. I asked if Nordstrom would pick up the tab on said repair, since my wifes shoes are virtually brand-new. The woman at the register said "yeah, sure." Picked them up, got charged. I said, "Whoa, the other lady promised no charge." The friendly (different) woman said there should have been a "n/c" on the tag. She wouldnt help me out when I said "I got DUPED." $8.75 is a pretty cheap price for a hated it rating on Google.

I usually dont have an issue with service from Nordstroms but on a slow Tuesday evening the Asian taylor who I asked for measurements for a suit was so reluctant to help me. I skipped work to get this high priority item done for my wedding however she was so dismissal in helping. I definitely dont want to deal with nordstroms again. What a waste of time. So disappointment and unimpressed with a store like nordstroms in the heart of seattle.

I dont shop in stores that tell me what to buy and not to buy based on politics. I have other great stores I shop with better prices, ASOS, Loft. I am appaulled that they would get involved in politics. What is worse is, when I was 35, I asked for a make up artist around my age and I was told, "We dont have anyone here that old."...LOL. Therefore, I bought all my make up from Macys from there on out. This is a loser store!

I used the tailoring service (fitting) in the mens apparel department and they are AMAZING! I originally paid to have a suit tailored elsewhere (Nordstrom Alderwood) and they did a terrible job: pockets were still sewn shut, slacks were way too long, even the sleeve tag was still on. I needed the suit in 2 days for an important interview and this tailor came through for me in a big way. Thank you!!!

This is a very well run store. Everyone is super nice, which is strikingly opposite compared to some high end shopping centers. Even the casual observer gets to start up a conversation with employees and salespeople. One day Ill be back for some Gucci

This is a great location and the staff are so nice and helpful. I was helped by Courtney the Accessories manager. She was so helpful and understanding. She provided amazing service and even entertained my five year old. Best nordies in the northwest. :)

Think of this as Nordstrom Lite. The store is small so all departments dont have a lot of merchandise. Beauty brands selection is also small. However, same Nordstrom customer service is here that you would get elsewhere.

It is an ok Nordstrom. I used to work here and people are nice however as a customer, I didnt have a nice experience with the salon shoe department. I think they can work on their attitude more.

This mall is super usually really quite, so service is always great! The sales staff are useful and very quick to help you find what your looking for.

Havent had a bad experience at this store but the selection is SO small, it is worth it to spend the extra time to go to Alderwood or Downtown.
