Amy gage!!! I had the same experience took 2 huge bags as well. its almost like if you look (in there mind) "eeewww" the clothing probably came from an "ewww" home its ridiculous Im a mom to and just throwing something on to try and get something done on my todo lits! I had a few brand name clothing as well summer stuff and a lot of new dresses with tags and ones I thought they would be looking for sence prom is in a month stuff that I just got that month and she tells me a lot of your stuff is out of style!!!! What??? I have come here a few times and the same thing always happens to me! One time i got just like 10 things from my bags of stuff i couldnt believe they didnt get like a Michael kors belt and other name band items then took that in a day layter (I was all dressed up btw) and they took it all!!! My mind was blown! Like what changed a day layter nothing but me! And the amount i took in so i guess its better to take in small amounts at a time looking like you going to a job interview! not going to lie the price in this location is really not bad! They have a big selection of tops but literally nothing for men! They dont have that much of a selection in styles choice. The own girls probably just bye and return there own stuff just constantly exchanging I say this because a while back one of the girls there hit on my husband one day! he was pissed off after what they did to me that he played along making conversation with her asking how long had she work there and asking about her outfit and the displays keeping it casual and she fell for it and made all this comments then she asked for his number and it was what he was waiting for to stick it to her! He tells her (as he raises his voice) haha oh Im sorry I thought you were making polite costumer conversation I didnt know you were hitting on me Im sorry but thats so unprofessional your working Im married and my wife was just in now if you excuse me Id like to get back to my shopping good day thank you!!!! Hahaha he said it all in this ridiculous voice that you couldnt help but just laugh you but off!!! The girl was so red she just went to this back room or something and didnt come out till after he had left!!! It was the best

I love buying clothes here for super cheap! But I brought in two huge bags of clothes this morning. There was brand new true religion jeans. Jessica Simpson heels. White House black market shoes basically brand new. Not a single sign of wear on them. Couple pairs of bigots jeans. Some Victoria secret jackets. Nike jackets. Basically all super nice name brand things. And the girl working lied straight to my face told me they werent interested in any of them and little did I know until I got home that she didnt even go through the bags of clothes. Nothing was even touched. All the clothes were exactly where I had put them walking into the store. Just ridiculous being turned away because of what? The way that I looked? Cause its Sunday I have a very very busy two year old and i didnt brush my hair before I left? Or I didnt put makeup on and look up to her liking? I dont know what it was. But I think its bullshit for her to one LIE and act like she looked at my clothes and two for her to just deem them not good enough or worthy or whatever because of who brought them in. I love getting clothes there but today pissed me off so much it will be a long time before I bring my business there or recommend it to anyone else

The clothes for girls are in style. I always can find brands like H&M, forever 21, american eagle, and stylish clothes you would see at the mall and all at least under 10$ usually, unless its jeans, shoes, or accessories. I can usually find yoga pants under 10$, shirts ranging from 5-6$ and dress around 10$. This is THE place to shop in Tacoma if your on a budget. Its way better and cheaper than goodwill and a lot more stuff in style and greater quality than Ross. Platos Closet is a great place as well but .. they dont give cash back for your returns like Runway does, and also they dont give you as much money for your clothes as Runway does. I brought the same stuff into both shops to test it and Runway gave me more money for them. Runway is the only place i shop at.

I love stopping by and finding some unique things I would have never seen at the mall. There are lots of other stores and restaurants near by so its fun to spend a few hours here during the weekend. Every now and then Ill bring in things for them to buy(good condition, still in style, and items theyre looking for like jeans before school starts in the fall) and I think they give you a fair amount of money especially if you pick store credit, which I love to do since I get rid of things Ive gotten bored of and I trade it in for something new Im in love with! And the sales associates have always been nice and helpful to me.

I had an amazing experience shopping here for my first time yesterday- super friendly sales clerks made me feel comfortable right off the bat, incredible and stylish collection at ridiculously good prices... Whats not to love? Not sure where the negative reviews are coming in, but if youre looking for a well-curated color-coordinated selection of impossibly cheap clothes, I highly recommend you go in and form your own opinion- this place is officially my favorite second-hand shop in the country. Special thanks to Madison for being so sweet and helpful!

Would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to buy any piece of clothing they want or need, or even a whole new wardrobe, they offer a great selection and at a wonderful price. Also, the staff is very helpful and happy to make personal recommendations and answer any questions regarding if something looks good on you or not. The store is nicely organized and easy to navigate so you know where to look for anything. Great store I love shopping here and am so excited they are offering a $10 grab bag.

Love, love, love shopping here! The staff is always so friendly, and willing to help me find anything that I want, and need! They are also very willing to offer helpful fashion tips, and find clothing that looks good! The price is always great, and I love the fact that the clothing is so lightly used, it could just as easily be found on the racks at the mall! I must go here at least once a month, and Ill continue to update my wardrobe from this store!

I was just in there several hours ago to try and correct something I assumed would be a nuisance from the get-go. I more or less assumed correctly, yet the ladies behind the counter were very patient and forthright, while professionally resolving the issue leaving me as satisfied as possible. Thank you to the staff of this particular Runway Exchange, just another reason I tend to shop for apparel there as opposed to the normal outlets.
