I shop here religiously! Im very tall and this store is one of the only places you can try on XXlong pants. Ive been buying jeans from this company for over 8 years now. Yeah, sometimes they can be pushy, but they dont really care when you say no Im not looking for that; theyre just there to offer. I take it like good service, just point out some colors you like and what type of fit you would like, and your price range and you dont have to go rummaging through the piles because they know where everything is. I think its better then Nordstroms because they have a slightly lower price range, but very high quality. The jeans I buy from their usually last about a year and a half! Oh yea, and the Alderwood Mall Buckle has the best selection

Buckle isnt pushy! We do sales that make sense for you! We like to get what you want and fits that make sense. We focus on the service not as so the sales. We have so many different options in fittings and brands we just recommend different product because the fitting maybe be better or overall just make more sense! Ether way, get what you like! Not everyone is commision based. I worked years none commission my main focus is for everyone to have a good experience:). I have worked a lot of retail and Buckle has been the greatest! If anyone ever has a bad experience Id love to take care of you or have any questions call the store! -Cody

I usually like to stop into a Buckle whenever I am in a mall. I have a few other locations that I usually shop at but was in the area. I have never had this kind of experience in a Buckle. I assume the lady was the manager. I have never come across someone so fake and insincere. She talked down to me as a shopper and also to her employees. I guess it could have been because she is pregnant, but its no excuse. Im glad none of my regular Buckle people are like this. I definitely wont be back to this location. If zero stars were possible I would give them zero.

My girlfriend and her daughter and I went to the alderwood mall store to shop for some pants. July 16 2015@ 5:45pm. And the sales girl who was helping her was heard talking to her associates that a mom should never wear those jeans and if her mom wore them she would never where them again. So disrespectful. And her daughter who buys cloths there said she will never shop there again. Her daughter heard the sales

The employees from there just trying to help to see what we need I really like this service I dont think this is pushy, I think its better because we can find out what we really looking for and u can save time.

i will never go back due to the overpriced material, and the pushy commission based sales staff just not the experience i was looking for, im heading back to Nordstroms
