Ross is really hit and miss. Youll have to go frequently and check for good deals because you never know what youre going to get. You may have to check it out a few times before you find anything worth buying. The selection can be sparse, and things can be scattered on the clothing racks, making it difficult so locate things, especially looking for particular sizes. Part of this may be because customers dont place the items back on the rack in the right location after they try them on. But overall, the prices are pretty good. Its just not a store for a picky buyer. Definitely stay away on weekends, as it will be pretty crowded and hard to navigate, and customer service is non-existent. The overall feel is like a garage sale. With all of that being said, I cant expect Ross to be Nordstroms. Shop here if youre ready for a scavenger hunt.

This store was an absolute wreck! I saw associates putting things away that Im assuming were go backs but there were aisles you couldnt even go down because of all the product on the floor. I had a few things I was going to buy but decided to just put them back and leave. I will probably never come back to this Ross. I am a manager in retail and there is no way I would let my store look like that at anytime of the day no matter how busy. People should always be doing ground runs to get things off the floor. It was a mess!!!

There should be one line for returns and purchases. There was 5 of us in line for purchase and only one cashier, one customer came in return line and was helped before us who were there before her. And we complained too.

What a messy store. The girl at fitting room wasnt exactly the friendliest and the woman pulling out shelves and dumping them into a bin making SO much noise, was enough for me to not ever return to this location.

This store had some really great deals. I usually dont shop here because of the crowdedness but this time it wasnt as crowded. I love their home decor area. They have art work for a really good price.

Im from Alaska and when ever I come to Seattle I always make a stop at Ross. Its my favorite place to shop when Im here.. I got a whole cart for 200 bucks. Steal of a deal. Love love love

Ones of three bigger and better Ross locations in the greater Seattle area. Things are a bit picked apart, but arent they all? Ive found many deals here, particularly for women/girls.

I love the housewares dept. They always have stainless pots and pans as well as many gadgets. THERE always a plethora of candles! Lots of name brand clothes at reasonable prices.
