This store is TERRIBLE! No need to email/call the cooperate office b/c they are only going to refer your issue to the district manager who will not respond. The customer service is horrible and the store managers are horrible as well. The managers act as if they are doing you a favor by gracing you with their presence if you have an issue. The problem is the management. If the district manager doesnt care about you and your problems then why would the regular managers care?! I had the "pleasure" of dealing with Trista when I had an issue and she was probably the most nonchalant manager Ive ever dealt with in my LIFE! So long story short go into this store expecting the bare minimum and you will be fine. Do not expect excellent customer service, do not expect anyone to care, and do not expect help from cooperate or the distract manager when you have an issue and you will be fine.

Couldnt maneauver through some of the aisles with the cart as rugs were all over the floor. Employee was blocking the aisle with a cart with return items and she didnt attempt to move the cart even after she saw that I wanted to go down the aisle. They need stanchions to form one line for customers to get in and direct to open cash registers. Needs to be more organized as we get into the holiday shopping season.

in exchange for slow or "bad" service... you can depend on great deals. expec on guys stuff, girls shoes, and sometimes great toys. If you are poshy-posh or used to people bending over backwards for you then you may be disappointed. If you want that kind of shopping experience then feel free to pay for it at Nordstroms Rack or Bloomingdales.

Dirty. Stood in line for checkout for about 30 minutes. Sunday in the middle of December and only two registers open. Intentionally trap line of customers waiting to check out in a maze of impulse items. Observed excessive security procedures further slowing checkout process. Will not come back to this store.

They never keep this place up. Its always a mess and they have some of the longest lines Ive ever seen. Sometimes Ill get to the checkout and see literally 20 other people in line with maybe two checkers. Cant tell you how many times Ive ended up leaving what was in my cart and walking out.

I used to really like Ross but their quality has gone downhill. The store is messy with no help and cashiers with attitude. I havent been back for months, came in tonight and its gotten a little better but not much. Pretty sad when your security people are nicer than the cashiers.

Its Okay ... but i have stopped going due to lack of choice here. It seems they they are always out of something and/or the supply & quality has gone down significantly over the past year. Staff dont want to be there it seems, but its Ross. You dont and cant expect too much.

Floors were a disaster. Clothes and shoes and tags everywhere. The two ections I went in to look through (maternity shirts and bathing suits) were cleared out. I ended up getting some sandals for a good price and the cashier was nice.

walk and talk

The workers were chatting with each other over intercom headsets. It seemed like I was trapped in shopping Hell. The boy at the front counter was talking about race and other inappropriate topics. This is why stores close.

Ross is always a great place to find great deals, however this one seems to be low on stock a lot. Like the store is constantly at 70% inventory capacity, so it makes it hard to find the great finds.

Ross is affordable but not clean. You can get branded dress for less price. However we need to search through tons of clothes to find the good ones.

Their website says they open at 9:00 (Mon)..but when you call they say 9:30. Maybe someone needs to update their site.
