Something about security looking everyone up and down when you walk thru the door sucks. I get it..lots of theives..but using them as your greeters? If a shoplifter is going into a Ross....theyre gonna steal something...and they know you are there and probably dont care...and also probably laugh as they walk right past you both times. I LOVE Ross.........its back to school week I realize that but that store was a disaster! !!! Huge mess, poor cashiers were swamped, some not nice customers. .....but......every employee that I spoke with had nothing but a big smile on their face, very helpful.......please get them done seasonal help!!

Bad Customer Service I asked one of the staffs if they had other sizes for the shoes that i wanted to get, the staff told me that shell check at their storage room if they have any... i waited about 15 mins for her but she never came back to check with me...

It can be hit and miss here. Great discounts if you can find something though. Their machines allow you to choose whether to pay in Canadian or US dollars. This can be useful for Canadians to save the foreign exchange fee on your credit card.

When they are stocked - sometimes you can get a real find (brand named shoes, clothing, lingerie, etc @Ross prices). But thats the key... It needs to be stocked... Like others have mentioned its a hit and miss. Fairly organized.

There are lots of neat little finds in this store, often for a VERY reasonable price. The lower rating is because you have to hunt for the good stuff. This store is always in a state of erratic disarray.
