The workers in there are racist. I went into there store to buy my nefue a birthday gift n the security hard followed me true the hole entire store. Like if I wanted to steel anything.g out of a second hand store then I called the store to make a complained because it was not right for them security hard to b flowing me into there store like that because I dont steel I have money to buy the stuff the manager accused me of wanting to steel n that yeah she had the renta- cop fallow me true the hole store then she started accusing me because I told her she was racist just because Im a Latino dont meen Im a teaf

As Ross stores go for this area(which is ya know, crap) its about average. Id rate above the Hilltop & El Cerrito Plaza locations, below Emeryville. Nothing good for men. Less than expected in housewares . And what is it about Ross when youre shopping in clothes invariably every item you touch falls off the hanger?

Everything was great until I got in line and the cashier did something very unprofessional she walked away from the cash register way Im not sure but from the looks of it to do some go backs but it was very rude thats ok because she looked as Doe she was going bald by the edges maybe thats why she was so unprofessional

1 cashier, 10 carts in line. Really???+ this post was right after thanksgiving. Today, 12/30/16, 2 cashiers and line is out past marked line area. The one cashier is helping returns as well and so only one cashier solely handling purchases. Very poorly managed store. Worth the drive to go elsewhere.

They had some troubles with system when I visited this place last time. Only one register open, HUGE line and no debit/credit transactions. Although I visited this place twice before and I was always pleasant with choice of products and great service. Its one of the best ROSS stores in bay area.

This Ross is okay, the one in Pinole is better. This place doesnt staff enough people at the check stands, the store is messy and not in a good area. The one convenience is its a minute walk away for the Jack In The Box.
