Oh my god. Their customer service is probably the worst Ive experienced in SF, and thats saying something. I sent an image into them a month ago and they did a transfer for me. After the cost of the transfer and the cost of the shirt, it was $45. Outrageous, but I needed it for a photo shoot and didnt really have a choice. They told me it would be 45 minutes. I decided to wait until the following Monday to go in because they seemed busy. When I got there at 11:00am, when they open, the door was locked so I waited. Well after 11, the door was opened and I told the guy I was there to pick up my shirt. He told me it wasnt ready (huh??) and that I could wait for it. I decided to wait, which made me late to my next client, but I needed the shirt. After about 15 minutes, I had it. Looked great. See ya later. Well, I have my second shoot coming up next weekend, so I pulled the shirt out of the drawer and the transfer was basically hanging off of it. I wore it once. For an hour. I called them today and told the guy on the phone what happened and he told me there was nothing he could do. They could make it again, but theyd have to charge me for it again. I asked to speak to a manager because that obviously wasnt going to work for me. He got super snippy and informed me that there was no manager there today and he had to go. I asked for his name and he hung up on me. When I called back, he said he was on the other line, referred me to Kate the manager and after I asked again, he told me his name was "Jim" and hung up on me again. Clearly there needs to be a manager on site at all times to reel in the brats that work there. Extremely poor customer service. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone, not even in a pinch.

This place is AWESOME. I saw a video online where some alt-right nazi decided to go into this shop and get a TRUMP shirt printed. Luckily the store owners and managers were quick to resolve this terrible situation by printing a nice little message for the dude and everyone else in America who voted for Fascism. Everyone who gave them a 1 star review voted for Trump. If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Thank god there are still people in our country who actually have brain cells and actually stand up against oppression and hatred. We will not tolerate Intolerance !!!!

The staff is incredibly rude and are racist. They do not take their time with the work they do on items for print. The one staff member tried charging my credit card twice thinking I wouldnt check my bank account. I would not ever buy from them again. Locally we have others that will offer the same services that these people do. Dont shop here or order from these people. If you want to be spoken to like a piece of trash and want to pay out of control prices than this is the place for you Never buying anything from here again.

all those bad reviews are clearly fake! they were all posted at the same time! i had a great experience with them just a couple weeks ago! i got lettering put onto a plain shirt from their store, and it looks great! it survived a wash with no problems! i look forward to bringing them a graphic for my next shirt. i never had a tshirt made before but this is fun :) the women who work there were nice. everything was fine. those bad reviews are clearly fake.

Service was friendly enough, but product is not anywhere near worth the money. Prints come out looking very cheap and will fall off if you wash the article of clothing. Its almost like a $25 sticker they put on your shirt! The silver lining is the print is so weak you can just about recover your original shirt by pulling it off.... Ive had a lot of shirts printed elsewhere for events in the past, but this was the worst quality Ive ever seen.

If you give an order to these people for a custom shirt, be prepared to get something completely different. Unprofessional staff and poor quality. Better off buying a white t shirt and writing on it with permanent marker. Same quality, more professional, and it will be exactly what you want.

Had a shirt printed for my little sisters birthday here. Picked a horse image from their book and picked the color shirt and it was fast and PERFECT! This was a year ago and the shirt has now been transferred onto the littlest sister and still looks GREAT! Thanks guys.

I have gone twice now to Bang-on for custom birthday presents ie T-shirts and hats with custom prints on them, and both times I have experienced great service, quick turn around, and a willingness to help me solve my gift dilemma with creativity. I highly recommend.

Ive had several projects printed here and they did an excellent job. I do one-off runs of things frequently and theyre pretty much the only outfit in town for this service. Highly recommended!

They shorted me on my Tshirt count of 30, I only received 26 and then told me I was wrong and would not refund my money, even used the wrong font. Big mistake choosing these people.
