This place discriminates based upon gender. There are no signs stating who belongs to which dressing room. Very rude staff stated I didnt belong there because I wasnt male and that there were plenty of other rooms on the other side of the store. So my husband and I walked over to the other side of the store and I asked him to come in so he would give me his opinion on an outfit and the dressing room staff told him to leave because it was a womens room only. I politely asked where is the family / unisex dressing room was and they told me they didnt have one. I dont see why it matters, especially since there are no signs stating male and female. What if I dont identify with either gender?? This is 2017, gender shouldnt matter, but JCPenneys makes it priority to tell you that you dont belong.

Very disappointing experience with fine jewelry; my ring was returned from repair thinner with white spots and staff wasnt able to explain what caused it or how to fix it. I have used JCP for jewelry for over 5 years now and each year I curse myself and finally decided, they no longer deserve the benefit of doubt and enough is enough. Their vendor does an awful job with a poor reflection on the store. I will never buy a piece of fine jewelry there again. Most staff are foreigners with limited English too and miscommunication causes big problems not to mention the customer service is far better at McDonalds.

Was not a good experience. Went to the store looking to purchase slacks for work. Selection was not overwhelming but was able to find something in my price range. There were not many staff moving around tp assist customers either. First pair of slacks I tried on were improperly marked and didnt fit. Of course no staff to assist so you have to redress and find the correct size. Oops, only pair in the color. Mismarked. When i finally found someone they ignored me and pretended to be busy. Needless to say, my business went somewhere else. Sad to see a once proud company operated this way. I wont be back.

The JCPenney store in Lynnwood is not "handicap-friendly." The elevator is located far back in the store away from the parking ramp. I had to ask for help two times to locate it. When asking for directions to the elevator and back to the parking ramp, two employees gave me incorrect instructions, but the other two both walked me to the elevator, and to the parking ramp. I was sorry to see that the elevator in the parking ramp was "out of service." That was very inconvenient. The salesperson in the kitchen appliance section was very helpful in every way.

Every single time I come here its a 20 minute wait for help. I have to come here often because the jewelry that I bought from here, thank goodness I paid extra for the life time warranty, is absolutely crap. I paid over 4000.00 for mine and my husband wedding bands and they constantly are losing diamonds. What a waste. If I didnt hold sentimental value on our wedding bands I would have gotten rid of them and went somewhere else. Their jewelry is not worth it and their customer service is worse.

Frustrating! Couldnt find what we were looking for and the associates couldve cared less to even inquire why we were there or if they could be of any help. Its no wonder why so many if their stores are closing. Save yourself the time and gas and just order online.

THIS STORE HAS THE WORST PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I called to ask if they have a size of nike elite socks and was literally on hold for 30 minutes and then then the lady said she couldn`t help me and hung up.

One fitting room closed. The other fitting room had 3 rooms which were all filled with piles of tried on clothing. Lines at fitting rooms and registers. Not a good day to be at this store.

Bad customer service .the two sales ladies at the on line pick up counter (middle-aged ugly lady who wore glasses and a young lady I think she is new)were very rude and disrespectful.

Good selection of mens formal clothing but limited in vests. Very modern casual mens clothing as well. I wasnt approached by an associate so Im unsure of their expertise.
