Do not waste your time here. They have complete junk compared to what they used to carry and prices are higher then in the dept stores. The management is horrendous, they do not bother actually talking to customers when you have a problem but call from the office upstairs, guess the long walk down the stairs is too much effort for a customer that is looking to drop a lot of money. This store has gone way down hill. They have lost a good repeat customer that spends a ton of money.

Pretty good selection, clean. Organization is a little strange, seems to be organized with "better quality" items in some areas but it is inconsistent. Staff is helpful and you can try on clothes in the back. I know its for charity, but prices are pretty high, sometimes more expensive than what it would be new. I feel like they are trying to match prices of the nearby consignment shops who have a different model of buying clothes from customers.

Really good selection of stuff. They need more dressing rooms -- they were full the entire time I was there (I was able to make it in once, but you can only bring 5 items in with you and I had more I wanted to try on) and I ended up trying on shirts over my own shirt because the dressing rooms had such long lines. The staff is friendly and the items they have for sale and the prices are great, though!

It has a good selection of decent clothing and the back has odds and ends of home and bath and such. Really small, tight aisles, a lady was walking right next to me and staring at me to move out of the way so she could look at something... Or she worked there and thought I was trying to steal a T-shir, and if thats the case then they need to hire new security.

this is such a great goodwill for young people! they have a great selection of clothes and Activewear but they also have great electronics and home goods. I got a $200 sewing machine for $40! everything is clean and organized and the shop people are friendly. I didnt see much furniture there but there was one really nice mahogany wooden shelf for 24 dollars

The Goodwill U-District tends to have really nice clothes. I think it has something to do with all the students living there. It can get a little crowded at times - especially on the weekend. And it definitely lacks in the furniture department. But overall its a well run Goodwill with an EXCELLENT vintage section on the second floor.

The selection really isnt as good as the other good will locations. Its a smaller store, and about half the store is dedicated to broken electronics and old cds. That being said, its Good Will, so you cant expect much more, and you can find great deals on name brands. Probably worth your effort to just go to a different location

Its a "boutique" style goodwill due to the limited square footage inside. This means many of their items are hand picked for higher quality or aimed toward college students since its on the Ave and the prices reflect that. Sometimes there are good finds, but it wont be as cheap as some other goodwill locations in the area.

I didnt do anything here other than drop off some donations. But the donation experience was very quick and easy. The donation bin is right inside the front door to your right. We just brought in our stuff, dropped it in the bin and they gave us a donation receipt. In and out. Great setup.

I went during a slow time of day so the two dressing rooms was only a slight inconvenience. Still could use another room, for which Id give a full 5 stars. Other than that, i found way more quality threads than I was expecting. Found many items under $10 and left super satisfied with my buys!

The selection is often heavily picked over (its a busy location - if youre looking for random thrift shop treasures, youll want to get to the suburbs for better odds) though the staff are very helpful and you can always find a selection of essentials at a great price here.

They need to work on cleaning the shoes before they resell them. Found nasty amounts of dirt stuck to the bottoms and the shoes smelled like dirty socks. I understand that its all dontations but they could work on their presentation a quality of the clothes.

Perfect store if youre looking for more of consignment-like organization and feel. Definitely less volume of items than other Goodwills, but in my opinion, it makes for a more pleasant experience since some of the paring down has already been done for you.

The place has a decent selection but is completely over priced. The cashier was incredibly rude and even charged me for an item I did not purchased. When I went back to ask her about it she just gave me more attitude. Oi vey, be on guard with this one...

Too Expensive! I found a headphones with no price tag on it and the manager want to charge me like $39.99 for it... I know its the expensive one but come on, its thrift shop. How about when its unexpectedly broken?

This place is small, and a lot of items are overpriced. Its alright if you need something in a pinch, but their inventory is limited to their size so you may not even find what you need. Staff is friendly though.

Its abit small, theres only two change rooms and if theyre occupied by women with two baskets of clothes its pretty inconvenient. But thats just me, i love the selection they have and the staff are attentive.

Decent selection of clothes and fair prices. Emilio, one of the employees, is very helpful and always cheerful. He always greets you when you come in and is always happy to help you with anything you need.

Ive found some neat things in here. It can be kind of expensive, but they do have specials depending on the day of the week, which can take 10 to 20 percent off. Ask about the student discount.

Good daily deals. Hint: best sale is typically on Mondays. Dressing room situation is not good though, sometimes the wait is too long and its hard to buying wnd hand if you never tried it on.

This is quite a bit smaller than other area Goodwill stores. Most of the focus is on clothing, with a tiny section for housewares and furniture. You can still pick up some gems here, though!

Very organized and clean. Great options and good vintage. Wouldnt recommend it to people of a larger size, not many choices from what I could see but they cant really control this.

This Goodwill has great prices and many name brands in good condition. My kids were disappointed that there were no good toys, but I was very happy with the clothes I bought!

Great customer service!! Went in looking for a specific thing and was in a hurry. When i asked one of the employees she immediately stopped what she was doing to help me.

Its criminal what is being charged. Donated used items being sold at near New price. Asked about and get a real bad attitude. Skip this place. Go to other Goodwills.

Its on the small side, but they bring in a lot of college and sports gear so if you stop in often enough, you can pick up some great deals on authentic merchandise.
