As I was leaving work yesterday evening I noticed that there was a screw in my right rear tire and it was leaking badly. The problem with my rear tire leaking is that the rear tires on my car are drag radials and they are bald, I lost my job 3 months ago and cant afford to buy new tires or even have my factory tires installed. I called the Discount Tire location of 196th in Lynnwood today and explained my situation, the manager said that they could patch it. Upon arriving at the store and they saw how bald the tires were, they said they were unable to patch it. They asked if I had a spare, I didnt because the car didnt come with one. I said that I had two tires at home, but I dont have any money to have them installed on my car. The manager said, "Dont worry about it, well take care of you. I am not typically a person who needs or asks for help, I am always the one to jump and help when people need it. I am appreciative that they mounted and balanced my tires AT NO CHARGE. I will definitely make this store and this location my place for all my tire and new rim needs. Thank you so much for your kindness!!!!

I shopped around a bit before deciding where to buy my tires and went with them because of their excellent customer service. When I first walked in I was greeted warmly and promptly and the sales associate explained the pros and cons of a few tires to me that were in my price range. I felt like he wasnt pressuring me or using scare tactics to get me to buy anything out of my price range. He treated me with respect and I appreciated that. I was able to get an appointment the following day and take advantage of a discount. The whole service time took about 45 minutes. Quick and friendly service! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy new tires and have a stress free experience!

Just got home after stopping in for 2 tires for my Beetle. Fantastic experience all around. The guys at the counter were helpful, polite, and friendly. I watched their interactions with other customers as well, and they were just as great. They let me drive my car into, and out of the bay, which is super cool, cause Im a little weird about other people driving it, not knowing about its weird finicky Beetle things. I ended up buying four tires, instead of 2, as my rear tires were awful as well, and I got a great deal on all 4. Seth, and the rest of the guys there were great. I will definitely go back next time I need tires!

Ill make this as simple as possible: I had a problem with my tires that were on my vehicle for 7+ years I called them and asked if they could get my car in order before I had to be to work. The dude said, "yes" I obliged and bought a new set to be installed My name was called and I was given a receipt and my car back I went to work and was not late I came home from work and internet searched what I bought and found that I actually got a great price Now Im stoked that there are still a few places that I can trust with my car repair budget

Got SCREWED really hard and bad in my rear driver tire. It was unrepairable. they didnt have my tire in stock, but were able to get it in the next day. I learned that I had a tire hazard warranty coverage on my tire, but they didnt retain the wrecked tire (I didnt tell them to... good to know ahead of time). I went to pick up the tire during work lunch and was short on time, Don very quickly threw the tire on for me. Really nice guys, good, quick service. I was skeptical at first (I was go to the dealer), but these guys were awesome.

Discount Tires on 19414 44th Ave. W in Lynnwood are exceptional because they treated me as a person without trying to sell tires I did not need. They were professional in checking my tires prior to purchase and balanced them without my asking. They chose the best tire for my spare and thanked me for coming in. Discount Tires are professional and kind hearted individuals. They are efficient and prompt as I was there less than a hour without an appointment. I highly recommend Discount Tires to anyone needing tires.

They promised to have my car done by a certain time and hadnt even started working on it when I showed up to get it. Lame excuses were made and I ended up having to get another ride on top of the first one so altogether three people got inconvenienced that day. They just told me whatever it took to get my $1000 and once they got me committed the service went downhill super fast. Im probably not going go back although supposedly my tires have free rotations on them .

I am usually a little leery of automotive chain stores, but this discount tire in particular.. top notch service! I brought in some high end wheels and tires for mount and balance and they took great care in all of their mounting procedures. they cleaned the wheels/tires after the installation, and even mounted the weights behind the spokes where they are not visible. if youre a car enthusiast and want the job done right, see this store.

Ive been loyal to Discount Tire after they helped me with an awesome deal down in AZ years ago. This time I was in and out with a tire change in around 30 minutes-no muss or fuss and the salesman was helpful and to the point-didnt make me feel like an idiot or try to upsell me. My wife also gets her tires at this location and shares my high remarks. I highly recommend this location and the company if you are out of town.

My sister tried to get tires there for her car and they tried convincing her she needed 4 news tires rather than just 2 because her car was all-wheel drive. Its not, its front-wheel. Shes 16...take advantage of customers who dont know much? Edit: This was a few months ago. They also called me up after they saw this review was posted, so at least their customer service is good/something they care about.

By far the best customer experience across all industry in the US. I visited this location several times in the last 2yrs. All employees are attentive, transparent, and diligent. I never worry about getting ripped off here. I have a fleet of luxury vehicles and they will all get serviced at this location. Im getting one of them fixed tmrw but Im so confident to give them a five today.

Went in without appointment on a holiday weekend. They were slammed but still took the time and effort to be absolutely professional and courteous! Did a great job on finding and recommending tires for my Jeep and offered a rebate when I was unaware that one could be had! I will recommend and always take my business to this location! A nail in my tire brought me in today. I knew I needed 4 new tires since my move from Texas to Washington in February. I told Kurtis I could only afford 2 new tires. Then a blessing occured. He told me the companies #1 goal is safety and gave me 4 new tires on a payment plan with 0 interest. Best experience ever.
