Things seem little chaotic at the register but for the most part friendly and nice. Actually I had forgotten increase the star rating. After buying a kiddo pool for the dog I realized I need my car to get home. With out question they held my purchase for me and I was able to pick my items without any trouble. That may not sound like much to you but being African American it felt good to treated fairly. Believe it doesnt happen that easy most of the time. Thank you and the dog loves the pool

okay, you can get cool stuff cheap. so ill keep going back. its the only game in town if you dont have a car and want to get your target fix on. and the staff are friendly. but sometimes the utter lack of managerial competence is just too much to bear. today, for instance, i waited a good 20 minutes for a price check, and got no apology or "thank you for waiting". lots of their merchandise is unpriced, which is a reason for their always long lines. today, they can just all go to hell.

But seriously, its cheap and there is tons of good stuff. If you need a quality screwdriver, go across the street to cole hardware and get one for 6 bucks. Or, for $5.99 at big lots, get a pack of 20 screwdrivers. Your call. Yeah the place is messy and its hard to fit down the aisles but thats not really why you are here, is it?

Really had hit the skids in years gone by...really alot of cheap stuff that is cheap and toxic...Trying to avoid it these days, unless I have to go for curtains or rugs...otherwise, I really wouldnt trust much...plus no shopping carts, bags, or anything to use to purchase stuff if you found something...better to buy craft stuff

I like that you can shop there for just about anything for my home, my car, food, music, movies, health, electronics, parking is secure..staff is helpful..sometimes one of a kind stuff or you will never see it again kinda stuff...Its my place to shop quick and affordable ...

I love this place. You never know what strange and wonderful items they might have. My mood lights came from big lots. They are the envy item of all who has seen them. Cant get them anywhere else.

Parking is so dark and unsafe, store is really messy and aisles blocked with pallets and prices are not good at all you can get better deals at other retailers.
