Not a second hand store but a Mexican $0.99 Store rare in Napa. Yes, cheap qualifty things in general, but if you explore closely you will find lots of interesting things of excellent value or things you dont usually find at reugular American stores. You will find some things for $0.99 the qualities of which are no worse than the similar ones at Walmart sold for $3--$4. I live nearby and often check what new snacks/sweets they may have in, too. A fun place to explore.
