I have always had good experiences at Discount but today i had an especially GREAT experience. The guy helping me said safety is there priority and they went above and beyond to make sure that was the case for me. I brought in my car a couple of weeks after they had rotated my tires because that very day my car started driving poorly and it was getting worse each day. After fitting me in quickly to there busy day, they told me my tire was about to blow and that it will cost xx amount of dollars to replace becuase it was not a discount tire (even though i paid to adopt them) and it was at the end of its life. I was thinking why would i pay to adopt them if i have to pay to get it replaced anyways because the tire was not actually at the end of its life, it still had a "legal" tread depth. When i got back in to the store (with out me having to say anything), they told me we are not going to charge you because we believe on your last tire rotation we should have caught the issue with the tire and replaced it then. He said we will just charge you the mounting fee and warranty on the new tire, which was like $30. THEN when i went to pull out my card he said actually how about $14! I never post reviews but i told him I would definitely post one and in the store I said, "This is why i shop at discount and i keep returning!" If you are dissatisfied at other stores stop looking and starting going to discount where they treat you right!

I have purchased tires before from this and other Discount Tire Stores, but this morning we had a surprise. I called at 8:15 am for an appointment and I was told that we could just show up and wouldnt need an appointment. That sounded great. Problem is, when my wife show up for studded tires, they sold her the tires, and had already started installing the tires (without studs) then told my wife that she would have to come back the next day to get tire studs put into the tires. This is a problem because there is a lot of ice on the roads right now, and she has to report to work before 11:45 am and had very little time to get this done. If they told us about the lack of materials upfront, we would have appreciated their honesty and gotten the studded tires at a different store. In this case we were more than inconvenienced. I dont know about you, but this doesnt see right in several ways: 1. They could have told me about the shortage of studs when I called them or when my wife showed up. Instead they proceeded without the tire studs. 2. Will we have stud problems now with her driving the tire and getting mud and grit in the stud holes with the new tires are studded? I cannot believe that they would do this, especially to a repeat customer. Tom

These guys saved my life. I came in on a very busy day last week to check for a suspected bent wheel. I just replaced the front suspension and there was still a steering wheel vibration.sure enough, there was a bend in the right front wheel. I asked them to move it to the back for me for now. They refused, and told me I needed new rear tires before they could do anything and offered me a decent deal. My tires appeared fine from the outside, so I figured just usual tires stuff I heard before and told them I would come back later. Then they showed me where the insides of the tires had cords poking through all the way around. I was almost broke at the time from fixing things (which caused this, ironically). I could not afford two new tires. I insisted Id be back asap with more money for a pair of tires. They insisted I wasnt safe. They discounted the tires even further and installed them for free. Couldnt believe the deal. I drive for work and spend lots of time on the freeway. If a rear tire had blown. . . Im forever grateful to these guys. They put my safety before making a buck, and it was the best customer service I ever had. Thank you Americas Tire.

I have purchased all my tires and wheels over the past 10 years from this store. They have the best selection and price in Clark County. Unfortunately that means they are very busy and sometimes the wait is longer than it should be. They now have an appointment system on the website that allows you to set up a time, like lunch break from work, to go in for something quick. I recently used the system to get a slow leaking tire checked out and the whole appointment thing just didnt work. I got there on time but they just put me in line with everyone else so I waited, and waited, much longer than I had anticipated. I found the store manager and told him what my experience was and although he apologized he also went well above and beyond to make sure that I continued to be a customer for life. We just bought a new set of snow tires from them and although the wait was long due to the massive number of people there to do the same thing the whole experience was great. You just cant beat their prices and customer service.

Two weeks ago I went to this place to have tires rotation and balance, left my car they said it would take about 1.5 h. / so about that time I came back, when I saw a guy just pulling in my car, so I decided to watch them do the work, Yes they fixed the tire did rotation but guess what? They never did balance.. I said ok. When I went in to get my keys. I asked the guy at front desk what they have done, he said they fixed the tire rotated the tires and balance. So I said nop! They didnt do balance I saw the whole process. Of course. He didnt Know.. Guys at front desk were nice, It was just that lazy f. They have as employee, They finally did the balancing.. my recommendation is keep an eye on them while they service your car... This was the location at fourth plain right off sr 500. Greg will do whatever it takes to keep the customer happy! :) I had a set of tires installed in NC by Discount Tire, and after driving all the way across the country in those tires I was unhappy with the ride/performance. When I came in to get them rotated, I spoke with Greg; he was insistent that we "get the right tires on the car." After some quick research and discussion about my needs/desires I had an appointment for the following morning to replace all the tires at no expense to me. I was completely surprised and satisfied that they would go to such lengths to keep me as a customer, but I have been using Discount/Americas Tire for ten years or more, and I can say that I will continue to do my tire business here!

If youre looking for a place to purchase new tires the team a Discount is friendly, attentive and patient. We needed new tires for my wifes car and decided to do a comparison between Discount and our usual tire center. Justin at Discount listened as we explained the type of driving and our expectation of a tire. The tire he selected for us turned out to be the exact tire we had purchased a few years ago for a different car, and they were perfect. When he pulled up our information there they were, the Yokohama tires we loved. Either he is a mind reader or just knew his tires....going with the latter. I would recommend these guys based on service, follow up, and knowledge.
