The prices are great the customer service would be better if they would get rid of one of the cashiers that asked me to wait after already standing in line behind three other customers, to allow a white customer, to go ahead of me. She must think shes still living in 1800 or in Africa doing Aparti, or is she trying to start the race riots again the United States had in the 60s Then she bagged all my light items first, although I had separated them, and handed me my heavy items last so that they would end up on top of my lighter items that she handed me first. This cashier should of been replaced when I mention her to you over three months ago.

Went to the Dollar Tree with a friend, this past week. And when I was looking at the balloons, I asked my friend, "why is there only a *Princess* crown balloon? Why isnt there a Prince one?" The cashier, Sherry, asked what I was talking about and when I repeated it, she looked me dead in the eyes and said "well, having a prince balloon, sounds kinda gay" What the hell is wrong with being gay, or sounding gay or just GAY in general!?? How does she not know Im gay!? AND what if I had a son, and he was my prince!? I was so blown away, I was speechless. Thats not okay, on so many levels!! Its not even professional!!!

Apparently my son looks suspicious by walking in the store..excuse me, walking in the store black. He was approached by a cashier masquerading as a manager and told him a customer said he was stealing. he didnt have anything, in fact he had just purchased a soda. I called and asked how he looked suspicious...The manager , Christina couldnt tell me how...Well christina.. I hope you have some job security...You are going to need it

Friendly staff....none of this "Well if we have the product, its on the shelves," BS. Theyll either say theyre out of what I need or if I cant find it, someone comes and looks with me. Usually has the products Im looking for. Lines can be a bit long and slow, depending on the time of day and how long the customers fiddle around with theyre payment, but theyre pretty good about opening another register if necessary

Customer service, ✔ Good Prices ✔ Cleanliness ✔ You wont find anything exceptional about Dollar Tree in general but what you will find is what you should expect from any visit to any store. What Im trying to say is its average, but I will admit its my favorite Dollar Store in the area.

I purchased several items. That weekend I got real sick so I couldnt go.So I looked everywhere for my receipt to no avail. I tried taking the things back. They told me no . I THINK THIS IS BAD BUSINESS. I USED TO REALLY LIKE GOING THERE. Someone help.

They have some really cool stuff here. I got a light up micro usb cable for my phone! Those usually cost around $10. They also had actual licensed Yo-Kai Watch plushies!
