Ill be honest, it was easy.. Maybe a little too easy. Discount Tires website? Very simple & to the point. What do you need done? New tires. Bam, thats what you get. I made my appointment 08/01 around 7am for 08/02 around 8:30am. They had staffing to accommodate & there was a very kind gentlemen behind the counter named Kyle. Side bar, the staffing is the reason Im going to return. Kyle asked about my well being, then walked out to my car with my to grab some information. He mentioned Discount Tires extended warranty but wasnt too pushy & we were back inside - $183 for the two tires I needed. Originally, the wait was around 45 minutes to swap the tires but it only took around 30 minutes. Another nice gentlemen (whose name escapes me) came into the waiting area to tell me the vehicle was done, then drove my car out in front of the store. All in all? 10/10. Id go back in a heartbeat & recommend it to everyone. Oh, they also threw some tire shine on? Never told me about it, but definitely a nice touch.

Came in for a simple tire change and balance, came back and drove off. My car wouldnt drive over 45 mph as it was hop like I had a flat. I came back and told them they messed up the balance of a front wheel, they told me I had a bent rim, which they neglected to tell me in the first place. I had to take the wheel off it was so bad, and drive with the spare. I drove to my automotive school to balance it myself and lo and behold, the rim was perfectly straight and THEY PUT THE WEIGHTS ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE WHEEL. The wheel wasnt bent at all, it was perfectly straight. They balanced it soo bad, that it would drive better without the weights, and my wheel balancer said to add an additional 4.5 oz. These guys are fools, and they insist to this day, that is wasnt their fault, and that my rim was bent. Avoid this place at all cost, your wheels are the only thing keeping you from flying off the road at 60 mph, this shop would rather see you die, then rebalance a wheel.

Worst service I have ever experienced in over 45 years on the road! I pulled into the parking lot of this Discount Tire store with a full sized Bronco with tire going flat 1/2 hour before closing time. I was refused service to repair the tire. I was refused service to help change the tire. I was refused service to install a complete set of new tires. I drove around the corner with a nearly flat tire to a Les Schwab tire center that was closed and noticed the manager was still there. I knocked on the door, told him the situation and he opened up, put a complete new set of tires on my Bronco himself and I was back on the road within 1/2 hour. Best service I have ever experienced in over 45 years on the road! Needless to say Discount Tire lost a good customer for life.

I have had two positive experiences at this shop. First, my tire blew off and I had to go to work so I drove to this place with my flat tire to get an emergency tire installed (it takes time so I was hoping it would be faster for them to help than do it myself). So I stood on line and got up to the clerk but was told I had to wait more than 30 mins because there were other customers in front of me which I totally understood but he told me to feel free to install it myself in their parking lot. I was unloading jack and tools then a technician guy came out and asked me if I needed help and he installed my emergency tire in less than 3 mins. I just talked to Ryan on the phone and he was patient for the whole 15 mins of helping me get a price on my car.

Took some tires to get mounted on my QX56. One they charged me for a TPMS repair kit that they didnt use because there was nothing wrong with my sensors. And once I got home they didnt put my valve caps back on. So I had to drive back there to get them put back on and to get refunded for the sensor kit. They are no les Schwab. They charge you and make you pay before hand and dont give you a break down of what you are paying for. They shouldnt ring you up until after the service is done. $140 to get tires mounted. Ridiculous!!! Stay away. Got to the local used tire shop. Theyll do it for half. Same quality of work. I gave them a 3 because they took care of the issue but I definitely wont the going back.

The employees here are friendly and helpful, and the prices are pretty good, but, as with many other tire places, they screwed up torquing the lug nuts on my truck. Theyre supposed to be at 90 ft-lbs on my specific vehicle, and the paperwork they handed me said they torqued them to 105 ft-lbs, but when I got home and checked, some were as high as 140, many at 120, and some as low as 80. Thats not safe nor is it good for any of the components, most especially the aluminum wheels. They need to stop using an impact wrench to put on wheels and use a torque wrench. Its really hard to find a good tire place, and this place seemed promising, but I wont be coming back.

Got new tires on my car last weekend, and on my wifes car this weekend. They do walk-ins and are pretty busy on Saturdays, but they are efficient with appointments; in and out in an hour. My wifes tires were special ordered. It wasnt until after I had paid that they had realized only 3 of the 4 had came in for some reason. I was worried theyd have me come back or try to up sell me. They did the right thing tho, gave me better tires with an almost identical warranty for the price I paid. They bit the $120 difference (I know theyll be fine, but good business none the less).

I TOLD THEM TO LOAD MY OLD WHEELS IN THE BACK AND THEY DROPPED A TIRE ON MY CONSOLE AND BROKE IT, WHEN I CAME BACK MINUTES LATER ALEX SAID THAT IT WAS LIKE THAT AND IT WASNT THERE FAULT?!?! WTF! SO THEY SAID AN INSURANCE PERSON WOULD PERSONALLY COME AND LOOK AT IT WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. INSTEAD THEIR INSURANCE ISNT EVEN IN STATE!! AND THEY TRIED SAYING IT WASNT THEIR FAULT!? WELL NOTHING IN MY CAR WAS NEVER BROKE IM STILL FINDING BROKEN PLASTIC THAT THEY "DIDNT BREAK" IN MY CAR! JUST LOOK!!!

Came in with a nail in the sidewall, fearing the worse(having to buy a new tire)... but to my surprise, they located an exact match down the road, had it shipped over by the next day and pro-rated my existing tread-life (something I feared would not be covered) Now just like banks and cell phone companies, everyone has a horror story. But for this location and their crew, I highly recommend them and look forward to coming back for my next set of tires.

Very nice people, super fast service, online appointment system, and imagine my surprise when he told me to put away my credit card! WOW. Ill never go anywhere else for tires again!!! I took my tire (which I had purchased at WalMart) there for repair - they fixed it for free, inflated my spare, and put my hub caps back on (walmart had forgotten them and the lug nuts had to be removed to put them back on - kind of a pain) Thanks so much!
