So disappointed. Won an auction for a stereo amplifier from Retails eBay site and after the win I contacted the seller to ask that they take care in packaging the item. Instead of acknowledging the request and assuring me that they would package the item sufficiently. their inexperienced eBay shipping clerk canceled my order. I contacted eBay to dispute the cancel but got no help from them other than to advise me to leave negative feedback. I called Retails in Vancouver to try and address the matter and a receptionist there initially took a message but when I called back to follow up, would not put me through to a supervisor and then actually hung up on me. After I complained on their Facebook page I was contacted by P.MacKay, VP Director of Retail Operations, who acknowledged that there was a misunderstanding regarding the shipping inquiry but would not honor my winning bid and chose instead to remove the item from their online store. I attempted to further entreat Mr MacKay to correct the mistake made by their shipping clerk and honor their obligation to my winning bid but this resulted in his blocking my emails as spam. Unbelievably bad experience. I have purchased many, many similar items through "Shop Goodwill" and other eBay sellers online. I have always been treated professionally and courteously. Retails, in my experience, was unprofessional, had inexperienced rude staff, incompetent customer service and even more incompetent management. They failed to correct a simple misunderstanding, failed to honor a legitimate eBay bid, which I certainly would have been obligated to pay for after I committed to the bid, and failed to handle the situation in an amicable and professional way. They have no qualifications to be auctioning off expensive, delicate and valuable electronics equipment on line. Its a shame because this seems to be for a good cause but do yourself a favor, stay away from this online seller. What a disappointment.

Great selection of housewares, decorations and books! Beware, these people know the value of most antiques, so you are not as likely to find a smoking deal on collectibles for resale. Prices for basic items are very reasonable. Was able to buy several glasses, pots, pans, office chair & books for super cheap. Visit here at least monthly to discover the large selection of seasonal items they pull out of the back room. Volunteer staff is very friendly at checkout. Dont forget to get your cash coupons and card punched on your way out!

Never in my 64 years have I been to such a clean, EXTREMELY well organized thrift store that actually HAS what I would consider realistic thrift store prices. Although this was my first visit to Paws-N-Claws....it will DEFINITELY not be my last. How I wish that all thrift store managers would pay this one a visit to see how a business like this SHOULD be operated!! What a TOTAL JOY! You can ALL be proud of your store!!! Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!!

This is one of my favorite thrift store stops when I am near by. I have gone there for years and the staff has always been super friendly. They keep the store organized and clean, I dont feel like I need to take a shower after leaving there like I do at other thrift shops in the area. It is awesome to know that the procedes are going to help all of our helpless furry friends. Thanks!

Great place to find some cool stuff! I got cat littler for less than half normal price, a nice pair of brand name dress shoes, and a few other items for less than 20 bucks! Great score. They have a bunch of oddball items too, like Ive even seen gramophones! It is always changing, so you can always find something new for a great price.

This is my favorite thrift store in Vancouver. Its clean, the merchandise is good quality and they dont try to gouge you on price (Im looking at you Goodwill.) They have a nice selection of quality furniture and music (LPs, cassettes, and CDs.) the money also goes to a really good cause, the Humane Society.

By far the best pace to donate and buy used things. Their stuff is always priced fairly and everythings organized well. You can actually buy a bunch of items and still leave with money in your pocket unlike goodwill. Also its amazing how all the money they receive goes towards the humane society.

First thing I see walking in is an organ and amp for $5,000. Yikes. I know its a b3 and Leslie amp, but you can find these on Craigslist for a Couple hundred bucks. Way over priced. Crazy. I thought I was in a upscale antique store. Not a thrift store.

I shop here all the time and I love it. I bought a lot of my cosplays there. Castiel, Kaito, all kinds of stuff. Staff is friendly and a lot of their stuff is adorable! There isnt a moment I stop in there to look around.

I love this store especially how everything is done by colors. Sunday is one of the best days to go when they have certain items in the store marked down to a dollar. Even furniture. U really should check it out

The furniture was definitely overpriced, although they did have an odd smelling futon mattress for $10. It definitely wishes to be a higher quality thrift store, it is just that they raise their prices to match.

They get very nice things here and the items are arranged by color. The prices are a bit high on appliances and they dont discount items that have been in the store for several weeks.mostly run by volunteers

Fantastic kitchen department and they have beautiful, inexpensive, glass art that would look beautiful in any home. Plus, the money goes to your local humane society.
