My low tire pressure light came on as I was driving to work...never a good feeling. Took it to a tire place across the street (since there is no Discount close to my work) and was informed an hour or so later that I had a nail in the right front tire and that there wasnt enough tread to repair it. I was expecting this news since I was planning to get a new set in the autumn. They asked if I wanted to get a quote for a new set (and I thought, ok, lets see what theyve got) so I said sure, as long as they had what I currently drove or something comparable (Nitto Motivo, which I got at Discount Tire). He said the closest thing they had were Coopers and Toyos...$750 and $950 respectively. Wow. I said thank you but I would be coming to pick up my vehicle post haste (and in my mind already dialing Discount, which I did right after I hung up). Not only did Discount have four of the Nittos in stock, they said I could come down during my break and have them installed in an hour. They were true to their word AND gave me a warranty discount since I was about 15K short of the 60K miles that Nitto guarantees my tire for (came out to $40 per tire) AND some other discount that brought my grand total down to $519 from the $666 they originally quoted me and that includes the free replacement and rotation for the life of the tires. Couldnt be more pleased! BTW, I love my Nitto Motivos...great all season tire in snow and rain with a quiet ride and superb, grippy handling.

I had been shopping for tires for my Jeep Liberty. Sears was coming in at over $800. Les Schwab was over $700. Finally, I found a good deal at Costco... $454. I ordered them, but the next day they called and said that Bridgestone wasnt meeting production, and they werent take any orders for that tire. The next cheapest tire that they had available was over $600, which was gutting. A friend told me about Americas Tire, so I called and spoke with Benjamin. VERY friendly and helpful. He gave me a quote for $406 out the door and set me up with a next day appointment. It turned out to be $30 more because my tires had pressure sensors, and the sensor kit was $7.50 per tire. I also opted for the full replacement guarantee for $56 ($14/tire). Totally worth it, and I didnt feel like he was upselling me on something unnecessary... if a tire blows out or I get a bolt or something that cant be fixed with patching, they will replace the entire tire for free. Plus, the tire price includes free balance and rotation for the life of the tire. Sears and Costco offer that, too, but not all tire places do. So, all in all, it still came in under $500, which was a life saver. To top things off, they got me in and out in an hour, as they promised. Easy as pie. I will get my tires here moving forward.

They damaged the front lip of my car but driving it off the lift to fast, then add insult to injury they lost my valve caps of the tires they put one and put on some cheap crappy looking ones, then the guy on the phone has the balls to tell me to find them again, they need to spend the time, and go find them, they lost them in the first place. I saw them pull my car off lift fast and said something but no one seemed to care when I asked them what was the deal with that. I wasn’t able to see the whole car do to another car being on the lift besides it, so thought nothing of it cause the tech told me it was okay, till I inspected the car today and found the damage, I called and brought up both issues with them, and after the valve cap response of go find them your self attitude, am I going to pay out of pocket and my time to get my car fixed now cause they messed it up. Americas Tire are supposed to be professionals but this is really inexcusable, and I will not be going back.

Was leaving on a out of town trip and had what I thought was a nail in one of my front PAX run flat tires, it turned out the two front tires had worn down to the point of it being un- safe. When I came in with a million things on my mind, two toddlers in tow and to be told Id either have to replace the two tires @ $500 a piece (standard for Pax run flats) or switch them out I was a bit overwhelmed. Kurtis was knowledgeable, professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. There were 20 people waiting in line behind me and he treated me like I was the only customer in the place. Wow, I cant remember the last time I had service like that! In addition, he wasnt pushy and didnt try to "up sell" me in any way. I HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a fair deal, knowledgeable sales people and a professional staff. We will be back!!

Great customer service! Ive been there 2 times with tires purchases and 2 times to fix a flat tire. They hired a great team of workers there. Last times i was there 2 and 3 days ago. And they made my day! No pushing to make any additional purchases, which is really great. They have a free espresso coffee machine in the lobby (capuchino, mocha, hot cocoa, french vanila, decaf etc - just push a button and have it) which made my being there even more comfortable. Very clean and full of a daylight premises. Excellent customer service. Even if they dont serve you - they smile and make an eye-contact with you, pet someones huge dog (yes, they are dog friendly!) and open a door for you if you are a lady. All guys working there are slender, energetic and very mobile etc. I assume, very hard-working too.

PUTTING DANGEROUS CARS ON THE ROAD!!! My girlfriend had new tires put on her Mazda Miata. The next day when she was driving home to Bellingham she felt her car shaking and was scared to make turns or change lanes because it pulled her all over the road. She called, left a message of what was going on and no one returned her call. After a scary drive home she took her car to Discount Tire in Bellingham and they said the balancing was all screwed up. They took care of it and all is well now. But Americas Tire in Clackamas screwed up her car and caused her to drive an unsafe Mazda Miata 4 1/2 hours on I5. And they didnt have the concern or courtesy to return her call. I will never do business here again and neither should you!

I called right before closing (6pm) they said if I make it by 6 I would be served. Luckily I made it, Aaron was so sweet and made sure I knew about everything. He tried finding me the cheapest price, I even got a discount because my old tires would be usable to them (I guess?) so I have to say I am very impressed, Roomy waiting area, Clean bathrooms, Phone just in case, Coffee and cold water. Oh and lots of magazines! So I will definetely be back to the Clackamas Americas Tire Co :o) Thx guys! (PS I went here because they were the cheapest and will beat any price, I also used them years ago and knew how friendly they were)
