Top notch crew hands down. I purchased a full set of new tires for my 2015 Ford Fiesta St on the stock wheels which calls for 205/40R17. I originally purchased Cooper RS3-A with a 36k mile warranty. At aproximately 15k miles the tires were showing wear consistent with manufacturing quality issues. I went back to discount tire where they agreed the issue was a manufacturing defect. They contacted Cooper Tire to request a warranty replacement set. The representative at Cooper (David) claimed that the issue was not due to manufacturing process errors and Cooper would take the tires as a return set but would not guarantee warranty replacement. John the senior assistant manager at Discount tire looked into what they could do for me as that simply wasnt acceptable. He worked with his boss (Bryan) and came up with utilizing the road hazard warranty I purchased through Discount to replace my tires with. This allowed me not only new tires but to select a different brand as Coopers customer service was abysmal. John then researched for another set of tires that would suit my needs and car, ordered the set and scheduled an installation date. If I wouldve gone through Cooper there I wouldve been out of pocket anywhere from $250-540 with the help from John and Bryan at Discount tire I am only out the $60 to purchase a new replacement plan on my new Yokohama tires. A+ customer service for Discount Tire, shout out to John, Bryan and Patrick for keeping one happy customer!

Horrible experience with manager Bryan Johnson. Came in for a simple balance & rotation. His personal measurements made my tires look like they were unsafe and needed to be replaced, which he suggested was due to camber being off, as his measurements indicated my tires wore 5/32 in 5,000 miles of travel. I would have called him out as I have a few years experience as an auto mechanic in my youth, but since hes a manger, who would I complain to? So I let him give me his speech and then told him Im confident that my tires were safe for my upcoming 1,000 mile trip the following week, which he was taken back by that comment. I left and purchased a tire tread depth gauge and confirmed that his measurements were incorrect. His measurements he recorded(photo below) were off by 5/32 from mine, the same 5/32 depth that he was saying was lost in 5,000 miles of travel since last balance & rotation, suggesting camber issue. I then headed to another Discount the same day and this employee accurately measured my tread depth and confirmed Bryan Johnsons measurements to be absurdly incorrect. That store balanced & rotated my tires. I guess Bryan Johnson wanted a sale that day, or how else did my tread depth get incorrectly measured? Ive had nothing but good experiences from Discount around the US, as I travel a lot. Avoid this store and manager Bryan Johnson!

During the first week of December, I was in need of new tires for my Ford Sport Trac, which is the wrong month for spending money on tires. I shopped EVERYWHERE for the best buy. After work one evening, I noticed this particular shop was still open and decided to stop by and see what their pricing was for tires. I have always liked Michelin tires, but really wanted all-terrain tires this time around. The manager convinced me of an all-terrain which was very similar to the Michelin ride and would not be loud when truck was driven. It was also $150 less in price than any other place. I told the manager I would let him know what I decide. As I was leaving, I found out the store was actually closed at 6PM, yet they let me in the store and took time with me discussing the tires. I called around a few more places the next day and decided to go with Americas Tires. I set the appointment and when I came into the store, everyone was wonderful and it was not a long wait to put on new tires for the truck. It has been 2 years and the manager was right..... I LOVE THESE TIRES for this truck.

I came here to get my tires replaced and this was one of the few places in town where I can get the tires I wanted. They had to ship in my tires from another location, which they quoted 3-5 business days for me. I scheduled an appointment 5 business days from the date of my order. The day of my appointment came around and I only found out at the store that my tires havent come in yet. Turns out they werent going to be delivered until 2 days later. I was disappointed that they didnt call to let me know ahead of time that the tires havent come in, but the rep I talked to was very apologetic about it. When I came in for my rescheduled appointment, I had to wait a bit for an available rep. The reps are all extremely professional, courteous and nice. They asked for an hour of my time to work on my car and they ended up only needing 40 minutes. Thats always a pleasant surprise. TL;DR - Friendly and courteous staff. Pretty busy, at least in the afternoons and on weekends. Come in 10 minutes before your appointment if you want your car worked on at the appointed time.

Andrew and Zack were both super helpful to me and got my pregnant girlfriends car all set up nice and safe with some nice front tires for an amazing price. We went in there to get the tires filled on air due to the front left having a slow leak and unsure why it was leaking. I pulled the wheel off before to see if it was just caused by a nail in the tire or a slight rip around the valve stem but found nothing. Thankfully Andrew found out that the tire was loosing air due to the chrome on the rims were peeling away along the lip of the rims which I know will cause air leaks, so thanks to them they replaced the front 2 tires and spent the extra time and care to sand off the bad chrome around the lips of the rims along with dunking the tires to see if the air leak continued after sanding them and then after all said and done clean and clear he then put the sealant along the tires as well for that extra safety. So happy with the experience Ive had there each and every time.

After 12 years of being a loyal customer, I no longer trust this company. After they fix their mistakes, I will NEVER come back for new tires. A few months ago, I went in to have my front tires replaced in preparation of driving across the country. I was charged for a certain size of tires, while really the tech put a different size on my tires and somehow missed the uneven wear on my front tires (which were moved to the back). Well thats great, other than somehow my back tires went from "evenly" worn to bald on the inside in 10 weeks, after those tires were previously in the front for 18 months. Lets just be clear, my back alignment is not the issue, my front alignment is the issue. So this issue shouldnt have been caught after 18 months of driving on those tires. The company took minimal responsibility for this situation and kindly put the right size tire on my car in the front. But took no responsibility for the techs incompetence!! I dont trust them to touch my car!
