Im the second owner of a 2002 Saturn Vue AWD 3L V6 with 125k miles riding on fairly used 20k miles Toyo Eclipse Tires with warranty and receipt from Les Schwab left by the previous owner. Drove it for another 40K miles thru heavy Seattle rain, NorthWest ice snow slush, and unexpected beautiful summer. It was a nice set of tires. Until I changed to Michelin Defender which I got from Discount Tires because Les Schwab lost one good customer for making me wait for 15 minutes only to find out that they have no tires size available for what I like. Thanks to them I am not disappointed with my new set of tires. The Discount Tire guys accommodated me immediately the minute I walked in and gave me 5 options for my Saturn Vue. Not only that, they hooked me up with 6 months to pay zero interest, an employee partner $50 discount, and another $70 discount for getting 4 tires, and another $50 in-store discount! Michelin Defender hugs the road better with lesser noise, and gives me more feeling of security. We will find out more with most often unforgiving heavy Pacific Northwest Puget Sound Western Washington Seattle rain and mix ice snow slush.

Ripped Off!! My husband and I had a blow out on the freeway and went to Discount Tire because they had the best rates for tires considering we were strapped for cash. We got what seemed a really good deal on tires and also purchased their replacement warranty in case we were to have another blow out. I just got done getting the inspection done in another state and my tread is completely worn down and needless to say it failed. The problem apparently was that when my tires were replaced my alignment was off and it wore them down faster. Greatfull that I got the warranty I called Discount Tire to find out that I am not covered because it doesnt cover wear due to alignment. I feel completely ripped off! I barely put 12,000 miles on those tires and the warranty is supposed to cover 60,000 miles. So even though I needed an alignment as well, I wasnt told and paid for a useless warranty and again have to pay for new tires after barely a year. I will never go back to Discount Tire, from now on my business will be with C&M.

Our experience was great, We had a flatbed truck that was not used in a few years and the rear tires were in bad shape. We usually go to Les Schwab for there service is above and beyond however I wanted to drive as little as possible with the current tires on the vehicle. We drove to Discount tires on Evergreen Way to have only the two outer dually tires replaced however discount refused to replace just the two tires in turn they gave me a quote for 4 tires and refused to do only two tires. I told the sales guys if they did not want my cash I would drive the truck to les schwab and give them my cash and walked out the door. The manager seen everything from his office and proceeded to follow me out the door he tried very hard to sell me 4 tires. I told him NO, he went back inside for a few minutes and then returned with an offer to replace all 4 tires for the price of two so long as I came back there when I bought my front tires I agreed. CANT BEAT THEM! I drive an SUV with some pretty decent sized tires, all of which came on my vehicle when purchased about 3 months ago. Blew a tire last week, and went to Les Schwab which has always been my go-to. After waiting almost 2 hours, they told me I needed a new tire, that they didnt carry the brand, and that I would need at least a pair (should replace all 4 for 4WD vehicle.) I passed, CALLED EVERYWHERE that sells tires in Everett (including the dealership where they put the original tires on..) couldnt locate my specific tire anywhere, and went into Discount Tires. They didnt have mine on hand, but they ordered one for me. Called a few days later, took me as a walk in as they had no more available appts, and I was in and out in 25 mins! The tire was 1/4 of the price Les Schwab quoted for a pair of similar tires! The staff was friendly and professional and I will be going to the Everett Discount Tire location from now on for all of my tire needs!

I made online appointment on Friday for Monday service. Called to confirm on the Monday drive to drop off my car. Great attitude. Spent 5 minutes at the store and went to catch bus to work. In 2 hours i picked up my car. Everything was done to my expectation. I found a good deal with these guys, even cheaper that Les Schwab. I also like their website, because it allows you to pick tires in advance on their website to compare with other competitors (who you have to see in person). Website give lots of techinical details about the tire. I liked this a lot. One thing to know. They wont do alignment. Need to take somewhere else, like Sears - better place for that. Also, their tire damage protection warranty (extra) does cover lifetime spin balancing of the tire. Good thing to have. Good luck all!

SCAMMERS! We took 2 wheels up there to have the tires removed. I was invoiced over $60 to simply remove a tire! I could only fit 2 in my car, needless to say I didnt take the others. I went to another large tire store in the area and was charged $3.80 to remove ONE tire from a wheel....under 4 bucks! I told them what Discount charged and he apologized and laughed at their business practices. Our company actually does business with Discount but Ive started to source parts/services with another distributor. I wish I could post the 2 invoices for people to see. I am truly disgusted!! will be filing a complaint with the BBB WE WILL NEVER DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH THIS DISCOUNT TIRE FRANCHISE!!! - The counter person @ Discount Tire was Martin Oseguera

Came with a flat fire that needed to be fixed. I was told the tire was beyond repair and I needed a new tire. Another tire had a slight gash in the sidewalk and they tried to sell me another tire. Two tires cost $452. Ouch. I decided to replace the one flat tire. I was told an hour and a half wait. So we were told wed be called when the car was done. An hour and a half went by and we decided to walk back to the store since we havent received a phone. My car was parked with a window down, unlocked, and all my friends belongings were inside because I was taking them to the airport. No call was made to us so who knows how long my car was done and the lack of care to secure my vehicle upset me.

I took my car in to get two of my wheels replaced. After they got it up they called to tell me my back tires were showing a lot of wear and asked me what I wanted to do, I told them to just leave them on and I would figure something out, I really couldnt afford replacing all four. Well when I went to pick my car up the guy informed me one of the back tires was starting to separate because there was a nail in it so they just went ahead and replaced it for free! He said they didnt want me driving on a tire like that. Best customer service! If you ever need tires go there!
