Succinctly put, this tire store is nothing short of incredible. I want to compliment: Jason Inserra and Ricky Hugo for exemplary treatment and professional know how far beyond the normal call of duty. I have a rather complicated car (Audi Allroad) with 4 level air shocks, Quattro four wheel drive, 315 hp 380 lbs of torque, and independent self-leveling sensors; so high performance both on and off road. I wanted to install larger-wider wheels and tires (16" up to 18") and they advised me from start to finish. I needed spacers as well, which add complications so as "not" to rub the fender at different air shock levels. Anyway, I received professional analysis and advice so I knew the "WHY" for all the decisions. I discussed the spacers from the "through-spacer" type to the "screw-in" spacer types, coupled with getting higher level balancing for high performance and speed. I also received the wrong lugs with my new wheels (from another company) that were too long that caused the rear left wheel to loosen inside the spacer, all diagnosed and corrected by, Jason. He never showed a lack of patience and helped guide me and fix my car along with my piece of mind from start to finish. They also offered me chrome air stems that I was happy to add...!!! Ricky Hugo came next; he helped me with not one but two separate flats due to nails in my new tires all within 6 months of owning them. He recommended taking off my previous repaired tire to evaluate the repair as the repair was made by a competing tire store close to the sidewall. Ricky pulled off the tire and made his evaluation. He thought the internal patch was applied too close to the sidewall and saw that they had sanded down too much inside rubber for the patch that exposed the tire cord. So he gave me a free tire and I paid a nominal fee for the other flat tire due to this 2nd flat also being caused by a nail in the sidewall. Advice with analysis, all presented with patience. Uh, can you say piece of mind, I can..!! These two guys along with the young men who actually handled the brawn aspects of installation were all the best. I highly, highly recommend this particular Discount Tire Store. Thanks

I wouldnt send my WORST enemy here!!!!! They have damaged my $60K car 4 times on two different occasions. They dont know the jacking points of cars and will damage rocker panels and wheels. When some guy named Ryan damaged my wheel for the first time,he acted like it wasnt a big deal. I had to spend more time on coming back just to get my wheel replaced and when they put the new wheel on, they damaged it again. Next time I went it, they damaged the rocker panels and wheel,AGAIN! I have wasted so much time going to body shops to fix their mistakes and damages!! It was done by some short black guy who thought it was funny. Please do yourself a favor and go to the one on 314th and Pacific Highway! This place has incompetent losers and DO NOT care about your property!!!! I SWEAR these people are fly by night workers and could care less about someones blood,sweat and tears on how they earned and paid for their vehicles.

I came in for a set of 4 new truck tires. In the process of changing tires, the one of the techs dropped something on the plastic chrome cover of the rim. They immediately ordered me a new one. And called me the next day to inform me of its arrival. Well.... I was expecting to drop in and pick up a new cover for my dodge. Thats when I found out the cover is glued on and they actually ordered me a whole new rim. It now installed. And I am seriously impressed with the quality and honesty coming out of this store. They could have said it was already there. Could have said no. I am glad I came here. Plus after shopping around. It was the cheapest place to get the tires I wanted. Thank you. They

I have had AWFUL luck with my tires all in a very short amount of time. However, Josh, the manager at this location, along with one of the employees, Chris, have completely gone above and beyond regular customer service to ensure that I am driving on safe tires and am getting my moneys worth. After having three flat tires in under a week (all from completely separate and unrelated events) they have continuously provided me with good service and care and I will 100% be coming back to them in the future with any tire needs. Great prices, honest employees and best over all experience I could have asked for.

I dont know what these other people are talking about when they rate this place so poorly. I am a loyal customer to this Discount Tire and enjoy every minute of it. With every visit I am greeted by the same great team with a smile on each of their faces, barely before I get out of my truck! These guys know all there is to know about tires. I was always treated with respect. When i purchased my new set of Goodyear Wrangler Radials (back in October 2015) for my truck these guys had them mounted and balanced IN UNDER 45 minutes ON A BUSY DAY!!! Now, if thats not good business I dont know what is!

First of all, they said that they need 2 hours to fix my tire, but it took almost three hours, I spent three hours just waiting for the service. The person who tried to fix my tire broke the nut on my wheel and after that, he just said it is fine for you to drive with four nuts on your wheel. I have two children and I am not going to risk their lives because of a bad mechanic. After a previous visit to the same store I already missed one nut on my front wheel, now they did the same thing with the back wheel. I think it is not normal to lose one nut after each visit to this store.

I got a flat and my truck was stuck on the side of the freeway....I am visibly dirty and sweaty and looked exhausted. I asked for the cheapest tire just so I could get my truck off the freeway. The guy at the counter says....$578 I replied no...I need the cheapest...he replies $425...once again no the cheapest and once again he says $325...At this point I tell him I dont have that much what is your cheapest...he replies $185!!! So if you have a tire for $185 then why didnt you start with that....I am very disappointed in this place and will be taking my business elsewhere!!!

When we moved here from Burien, we tried the Federal Way Discount Tire store to see if they were as good as our old one. They were, and weve been going to them for all our tire needs since (10 years). Weve purchased tires for all 3 of our cars here and are nothing but happy and satisfied. Sounds like maybe some other are looking for something for nothing. Just my best guess, but I can say that these guys are definitely NOT scammers! Now Firestone? Thats a question for another time...

Went literally three days prior to get a tire put on after it blew out at the Seattle location which went well three days later another one of my tires randomly deflated after being inspected already by them I went to the federal way location and explained and they said there was nothing they could do I decided to just get it fixed there and paid and checked in then AFTERWARDS was informed of the three hour wait. Which was even a longer waiting time.
