Tried to buy a recliner for Fathers Day, only to be told the store was closed for inventory and wouldnt be open until 1 pm (store hours are 9 to 9 and we were there at 11:15). Was given 20% off coupon and showed back up at 1 for the recliner to be told they had sold their last one already. When we asked if they would have more before the sale ended Todd spent time looking at shipping inventory and said they would be getting 2 of the specific model we wanted two days later in the store. Two days later we show up, Todd isnt here and neither is the chair that we pre-paid for 2 days earlier. Jim helped us track down the chair at another store and gave us a further discount but getting the chair was a huge circus and put us off the store in general.

LOVE this place! Amazing bargains and good value. Store manager, Jim, is always helpful. Bends over backwards to make customers happy. Sales staff helpful and friendly, too. They even help carry to car and provide boxes for fragile items. Who does that any more? Yesterday staff even went online for me to see which other stores carried more items I was looking for. They printed the list of how many are where. Geez. Thats more typical of Nordstrom service! There is some junk but one size never fits all. Fun to go there even when I am not looking for something specific. At these prices I usually can find something I can use. I am hooked! And Ive learned not all stock is "hit or miss " Many items they carry continuously. Good to know!

Have found many random items that I couldnt find elsewhere. A place you have to visit often because inventory is always changing. This location is frequently under staffed leading to long wait times to checkout. Still enjoy shopping here.

Lots of stuff, good deals, easy in and out. They liquidate surplus, so stock is always hit or miss. Good deals on kid toys and holiday decorations.
