Nobody is ever promised to "get right in" unless theyre right there in the store and there is nobody else in front of them. Why make a promise that that cant be delivered on?! Its common place for people to expect drive-up instant service for some reason which they wont get anywhere at any mechanic shop unless you just happen to be there at the right time. Dont like long waits?... Make an appointment :) unfortunately you may have to wait longer at discount tire sometimes because they have a lot of happy and loyal customers who wont bounce from business to business to save $20 :P maybe theres a reason you get right in to l.s. cuz they dont have customers Haha! And they work on commission so good luck getting whats best for you and not their wallet! I love discount tire, have bought 4 sets of wheels and tires from them and have always gotten the best price! I dont even bother looking elsewhere anymore because I know they beat everyones prices. Keep it up discount tire!

DO NOT trust these tire jockeys to pay attention to what they are doing when they are working on your car. Had a set a tires installed and one of the wheel weights came off very shortly after. Way to go guys, cant even put a wheel weight on right! Then when I return a week later to have JUST THAT WHEEL rebalanced I give them VERY specific instructions. Balance THE ONE wheel and DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING ELSE. I even repeated MAKE SURE THEY DONT DO ANYTHING ELSE. I hear the clerk tell the tech not to touch anything else. So what do they do? They slop tire dressing all over my wheels and tires and TORQUE DOWN ALL MY WHEELS DESTROYING THE NEW FINISH I JUST PUT ON (was waiting to finish the unbalanced wheel). When a costumer requests that you DONT TOUCH ANYTHING ELSE there is probably a reason why they DONT WANT YOU TO TOUCH ANYTHING ELSE.

Spoke with Steven the manager today on the phone about getting some tires for our civic. I called because they had a promotion going on and said that they would be Costcos prices. Well they did that and more. Steven was super friendly and efficient. We had originally gone to Discount tire to have a flat repaired and they did it at no charge. After getting such great service we decided that we would purchase our next set from Discount tire (as long as they matched Costcos price -with coupon). Well, like I said earlier, they did that and more. I also have a TPMS light on that Steven said that they have the ability to reset. When I asked Costco about that they said that they could not do anything about it. I will be buying all of my tires from Discount from now on. Dont know what I was thinking buying them from Costco.

The nature of my summer hobby causes me to go through a set of tires every couple months - at best. Occasionally a wheel gets slightly bent as well, and I need to know about bent wheels before the mounting is all done in case I have to use a different set of wheels, or a spare, or have one straightened, instead of having to do it all again, as their primary local competitor did to me at a cost that could have been avoided. I decided to try Discount Tire last fall. I’ve now had a chance to work with Jimmy, Brendon, and Pablo, (and some of their team behind the lines), they have understood my needs, and made it work. They seem to understand they have a business because of their customers, and I have noticed they treat all their customers like they would like to be treated. I’ve switched.

My daughter(5 months) and I made a trip out to Discount Tires earlier today. Ryan greeted us promptly and gave us 5 star customer service. I think my daughter could realize that as she was all smiles. He assessed our tires quickly while maintaining his personable demeanor. We hadnt waited for more than 10 minutes before our car was driven up by Tony. He even went ahead to point out the fact that we had a problem with possibly the bearings on our car. He expressed his concern due to me having a child and even thought that they were the cause of it when in fact I have that problem noted on the "To Do List". Overall, these guys were great. Everyone that I made eye contact with there said hi. I plan on referring my extended family to this location specifically. Thank you again.

Pablo is the man! A true professional and a credit to the Discount Tires brand. I came in on a tow truck with a badly shredded tire, within 5 minutes they had inspected all four tires, laid out all the repair/replacement options with pricing and warrantee information, called the distributor to check stock and offered me some good advice on which tires would give me the best performance/price balance. No high pressure sales tactics, extremely knowledgeable, super friendly, unbelievably efficient and evidently trustworthy. Job was done perfectly and ahead of committed time. I have used Les Schwab, Costco, and Tire Factory in the past but will only go here from now on.

Best place Ive been to for tires. These people actually care about PEOPLE not money. You dont see a lot of that these days. My wife brought our car to them after our tire blew due to the road work on our street and she was treated fairly and with respect. We originally thought we could only afford to get the back 2 tires done, but after seeing how bald all 4 were and knowing we were dealing with rough roads sold us 4 for over $200 less than Les Shwab tried to sell my wife 2 tires for. I work a lot, so she winds up handling stuff by herself and I cant express my appreciation enough for how they took care of her, simply because they wanted her to be SAFE. THANK YOU!

Called the Auburn Store at 8:00AM and checked inventory on a set of 4 tires for my Land Rover LR4, they were out, but he checked the local distributor and told me they could have them at there store the same day, so I scheduled the appointment. Arrived 15 minutes early, Jimmy Maranda the store Manager came out and greeted me, said they would have it ready within the hour and they did. It was very nice to treated like a valued customer. Ive used Discount Tire for many years and they have always been very good to me. Jimmy, I thank you and your staff for being so very professional, and your strong attention to customer service! Cody and Rashaun are super to work with. We purchased new wheels and tires. They researched sizes, held them up to the car for me on several occasions while I made-up my mind. At installation we were kept in the loop about where they were in the process etc. Awesome service and a great Discount Tire. There are closer stores to our home but we like the atmosphere and service at this location. Keep up the great work!

Wow what fantastic customer service!!! I had some issues with a rim and a sensor in my tire. Jake took care of everything for me and all is back to normal. He went the extra mile to be sure and get me back on the road and did it all with a smile. Not often you receive customer service like this sad to say so it really stands out.
