Unprofessional - Rude - Very poor customer service - Inexperienced salesmen - Understaffed - Terrible experience all around We should have listened to all of the other negative reviews. My husband and I came to Savvy today looking to buy a mattress. We walked in and a sales person was at the desk talking to a couple. He greeted us and my husband and I kept looking around and trying out mattresses. In the main showroom there was another sales person so we kept ourselves occupied waiting to talk to someone. After about 20 minutes the guy who had been at the desk came into the showroom and started helping 2 ladies that had come in after us! At that point we decided to go across the street to JR Furniture where we were immediately greeted and helped by Wesley. He was so helpful and we not only walked out with a heavenly bed but also a beautiful sectional sofa. When we walked back over to the Savvy parking lot to grab our truck the salesman who had ignored up to help the women came out to ask if anyone had helped us in his store. I told him no. Then he started yelling their specials to us from the doorway. I told him we had just made our purchase across the street but thanks anyway. He said oh really, what kind? I told him we already made a purchase and arent interested and he told me "thats okay, I dont care anyway". That assured me that we had made the right decision by NOT SHOPPING HERE. Do yourself a favor and do not shop at Savvy if you are looking for any kind of customer service. With all of the wages they are paying for people to wave signs from many blocks away to guide you there and get you in the door, you would think they could afford to have another salesman on the sales floor on a weekend day.

DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS OUTLET I dont even feel like giving a single star to them they are the worst outlet . We moved from other country and are just settling in USA and we went there to buy a new mattress and they gave us the good deal that they will provide us the mattress without taxes and somewhat cheap and they gave us some cheat receipt to show the government that the mattress was of 500$but they wrote 350$ on the receipt and i had doubt on them but still i did not follow my instinct and bought two mattress and it has not even been a month that there is a depression in the mattress and now they say they will not refund back instead we have to buy some other mattress from there and i jus dont feel like buying anything from them ever again. PEEPs whoever will read my review i suggest you to spent jus a lil bit more on the mattress BUT DON"T EVER BUY FROm SAVVYS what happened to us i feel should to happen to anybody as we do a lot of hard work to earn every penny and that should be well spent rather then feeling CHEATED. I can write whole lot of things about them that they did but lastly i want to so DONT SPEND UR HARD EARNED MONEY IN THERE.

The process of sale was good, but the replace process was terrible. After I purchased the mattress one month, I found one part is much lower than the whole mattress. I think it is a structure issue and they should exchange it. According to the policy, I should pay 50 dollors for the delivery. However, the salesman charge me 100 because he think I purchased it very cheap and he always do it. I think it is ok if I can get a new one. At the second day, I received the new one which is used or floor model. The surface was very dirty, So I rejected. The salesman said all they sell are not brand new and have small issue and cannot exchange me another one. Actually, I called him serveral time before delivered. The first time he said the product is not best condition, but the second time when I confirmed with him, he said they are brand new and best condition. After delivered, he said he never say exchange a brand new one for me, he only said new. It is really terrible. So do not buy anything from this store if you want a good condition and never believe the salesman!

Experience was the best yet. went to so many different places and so thankful we came here otherwise would of missed out on the great deal that we got. Dave is straight up the man, help us out so much after we told him what we were looking for and did not try to up sale us. Went there to get a queen and sense they had such good prices we ended up getting a king instead. No reason to waist time and go other places like we did, save your time and just go to Savvy. Was the best Valentines Day gift my wife and i got for each other. Free delivery and fast. This is not just buying a bed, its also an investment because you will be using this 1/3 of your life so make the smart decision like us and go to Savvy Mattress in tukwila. Thanks again Dave!!!!

The deal is they represent themselves as selling big brand name mattresses at cheap prices but if you really knew where their mattresses came from youd be better off buying used mattresses off Craigslist. . Just really look at the products they sell youll see the body impressions. Have them show you the warehouse look for the urine cleaner I dont work for a competitor I just feel dirty that I bought a uses mattress from this company.

I found the mattress of my dreams at Savvy Mattress Outlet for half the price of anywhere else I looked. The sales staff was very friendly and really helped me find the mattress that was right for me. Everywhere else I went I got pushy sales people and at Savvy Mattress I felt very comfortable. I really love my new Beautyrest mattress. I would recommend going here over the other stores. I saved so much money!

The staff here at Savvy are very informed and helpful. I have been here with a friend getting a mattress and have come back myself for a mattress protector. I have also brought others here as you get a discount for one year after you make a purchase. Its a great store with great discounts on very good mattresses.

Savvy sells dirty mattresses that could make clients sick. Please be aware of this before you buy from them. If you do not mind poor quality mattresses, then this is your store.Too bad it is a waist of money and time to shop here.
