GREAT!!!!!! Craig is a stocker that works at k-mart he gave us Superior Service the best I have ever received in k-mart,{ I hadnt been there in years because of poor customer service} But because of Craigs superior customer service we will be back to shop. When we first arrive we were looking for a Halloween costume for my daughter, we were looking getting a little frustrated when we didnt see her size Craig walked up to us to let us know that they had more costumes in the back of the store, that was great because usually you have to flag someone down these days in all most stores just to get help.Then we found the perfect costume but......All the pieces were missing, we told Craig, he was more than happy to help us locate the other pieces, He found them all!!!! We were very happy so in the end my daughter got the perfect costume that she wanted but if it wasnt for Craig we would have went elsewhere to find a costume. Im sure he has made employee of the month, but if he hasnt he should because he was a huge help!!! He gave good old fashion customer service like the stores gave once upon a time, now a days most people hate their jobs and it shows in the way that they give customer service or treat the customers,they give the bare minimal just to keep their job, they need to remember that a customer is not an interruption of their job, but the reason they have a job. (me working in customer service myself was always taught that) Hopefully the other employees could learn how to provide excellent customer service like Craig.Thank you sooooooooooo much Craig you are a great asset to k-mart and we appreciate workers like you, that make shopping there a pleasant experience.

I called this store to find out if they had any Magna Cart Brand Hand Trucks. Was transferred to hardware department where I was put on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up called again and told them no one answered. Transferred again and waited 10 minutes this time. The front store clerk who answered the phone before answered again and told me a manager would take care of my phone call. Waited another 5 minutes. Hung up called again and was transferred again for a third time to hardware department. This time I only waited 5 minutes until they finally answered only just to tell me they do not have it in stock. In total I wasted 35 minutes just to get a simple "No we do not have any in stock". I will not be shopping at any Kmart stores anymore because of this simple task they that should have taken only 10 minutes to deal with.

I love K-Mart they are getting harder to find. I will miss them when there all gone, until then I shop at K-Mart as often as possible. The store has a feeling I cant explain, it reminds me of being a kid at a store with the family!! Prices are decent service is okay, selection is decent as well. I recommend.

I called ahead of time and the customer service was good Im going again soon, it was kind of to big and should be more organized as a store presentation like how target has sections but with kmart everything kind of blends in with everything else I mean I was able to tell which from which.

This place is huge! It does not look like it from the outside or just driving by. I like coming here instead of Walmart when I need something Walmart-ish because its closer and less g.h.e.t.t.o.

Cashiers are friendly, and the male staff are friendly. A lot of the women stockers are rude as hell.
