This place is full of greedy pigs. Even the manager is in on it. We brought a truck load of things that were valuable that we no longer needed to donate, probably about $500 worth of items. Not all mint condition, but decent stuff nonetheless. We pulled up and a lady came out with the basket and started to cherry pick at our load, what they could sell or not sell. That has never happened before. Ive never experienced a place that takes donations to choose and pick. After about 3 items in she kept telling us she has to go through our stuff in order to take it, and some items she told us she couldnt sell. She was being lazy and greedy, so we decided this was a waste of our time and our goods, so we took our stuff back and drove down to the Value Village down the hill a few miles. They took all of our stuff with no problems. Those items the lady at goodwill said she couldnt sell, the guys at Value village were shocked we were donating newly used (bamboo chairs). They were in great condition and could easily be sold for 10-20 bucks. We called up the manager because we were offended at the service we received at goodwill. She told us, "Its our policy that we have to go through loads and pick and choose because we have to ship all items to a centralized location". SINCE WHEN? That sounds like a flat out lie. We have made plenty of similar donations at this location in the past with no problems, so what in the world is going on? Just the cost in shipping would be astronomical in shipping thousands of items to a centralized location. If that is indeed a policy, I see goodwill going out of business very soon. I hope this location gets shut down so it can stop robbing our community of our *Valuables* and customers wallets. If the lady simply would have let us give them all our load, she would have seen that we had much more valuable stuff than the eye could see since a lot of things were in boxes. I highly refuse to ever return to this location, and suggest whoever may be deciding to donate or buy something here NOT TOO!!!

Really great selection of clothing, books, electronics. I drop by here about once a week and have found practically new name brand jeans, dress shirts, polos, and t-shirts. Prices range from .99 to 9.99 on most items. And, it helps a good cause! About once a month, I bring a few items or bags of clothes to their donation drop-off at the back of the store.

Extremely overpriced! I bought an organizer for my shower and it wouldnt work with my shower head so I tried to return it and because I did not have the original packaging the manager would not allow me to return it. You are selling peoples used free stuff , and you wont accept a return with a receipt!? That is absolutely absurd

Loved it! Its been years since Ive been in there and I was actually checking out the dishes for my daughter thats getting ready to move out on her own and they have nicer dishes and theyre cheaper than the dollar store and the people that work in there very kind and willing and eager to help

Prices are high. You can buy new clothes cheaper at Walmart then the used clothes here. Goodwill has gotten greedy with its prices. Very disappointing and its at ALL locations. Stores always dirty and some of the clothes on the rack smell like they were worn for months without being washed.

The prices are getting higher and higher. Most items I can buy new at Walmart for less or the same price. This really sucks for a charity. I have also stopped donating here Because they price it too high for the people who really need the break.

This goodwill is pretty great, but the pricing seemed to go up recently. Hopefully it will go back down. On allot of the stuff here I could go Walmart and get it the same price, if not cheaper. You still might find a great deal though.
