i dont know who the heck rates this place 5/5 because the produce here is always horrid, except maybe bananas or apples. the bagged salad always goes bad before the expiration, oh and the flaxseed powder? dont even get me started on that. the "dates " you see on the bulk bins are the dates they were filled (told by a winco employee) so why would anyone want to purchase flaxseed powder in the bulk bins from exactly ONE YEAR ago? strawberries from here are almost always near close to rotting. if you get produce from here you better eat it in 1-2 days. i will always get my produce from the safeway at the frederickson corner due to these quacks and their produce. The bins man. the bins. Several other disappointments happen at this place, they dont even carry a wide variety of yogurts like safeway does. and their "winco" brand stuff is horrid, heavily processed. save your money and go somewhere else unless its in a can or a box or a jar. anything fresh from this place has a greater than 50% chance of disappointment.

BEWARE OF PINE NUTS! Ive been eating pine nuts for a long time and just recently purchased some in the bulk foods section. The day after eating a handful, everything I ate tasted like soap. I searched the internet and came up with PINE NUT SYNDROME/PINE MOUTH. Its possibly a fluke, possibly a bad species that is known to cause this (from China, P. armandii), or maybe their stock was spoiled. Just be careful!

Large, clean, superbly managed store Where the employees have an ownership interest in making your shopping experience the best it can be. They also maintain vigilant exterior security and attention to shopping cart round up. The grocery selection is very good and the bottom line is that we consistently SAVE MONEY. There are several Winco stores in the region. Love it !

Just your usual Winco experience, (since I always go in the middle of the night) lots of stockers and people sliding boxes across the floor. Plus many people who are too embarrassed to have their neighbors see their method of payment so they do their wagon trains of two-three carts at midnight when theres only one cashier. Makes for a really long checkout experience.

Winco is Amazing!! From bottle openers to baby formula, pet supplies to cooking utensils and everything in between. Not to mention some of the best quality produce for the price. Also great for getting out of the house for a little bit: THEYRE 24 HOURS!!!

Id give them 5 stars if they provided disinfectant wipes by the shopping carts.. That my only complaint with Winco. The carts are filthy and I hate handling my own food (produce) after pushing the dirty cart..

Doing construction in the deli and there is drywall dust all over products outside of containment next to unpackaged meat. Not really wincos fault more the construction companys but still not healthy at all.
