Well as others have said the staff is great. They basically have a monopoly in the area and their prices are high. Just Google gas buddy they not only cant come close to Costco they cant beat local stations. If you think Im kidding just check the Safeway gas price in Poulsbo or Belfair you know it is costing the company the same price. They usually do have what you need but maybe not the best quality and at a high price. What they need is some serious competition and then they might be OK. Till then Ill shop there but leave feeling ripped off.

Customer service is #1 - great, smiling staff, very helpful. That is one of the main reasons I shop there! Unfortunately, the deli quality - specifically the chinese food - has dropped dramatically in the last year. It used to be some of the best chinese food in the area, but now the chicken is so overcooked its inedible. The spring rolls and egg rolls are frequently overcooked with blackened edges and that "exploded" look. This store would rate a five star, but the chinese food dropped it down to three.

Love everyone who works there! Products on shelves seem limited and clumsily laid out (hard to find some things, while multiples of others). But your produce section is like your personnel, phenomenal! We want uncooked turkey/parts year-round, like Albertsons has. My Albertsons hooked me up with half shell crawdads. Can you do that? Overall, satisfied. Thanks for the new e-carts. My self reliance means the difference between happy/healthy, and sad/aggrevated! Now I can shop by myself! Thank you!
