I have a luckys near my house in rwc. Great staff great store this however does NOT reflect how the berlingame store is at all. I had horrible service and the cashier Sue was absolutely rude to me and the two other customers in front of me. The lady that went first had a problem paying with a card because Sue didnt know how to imput the information correctly, the gentleman ahead of me had suggested nicely that they needed more hand baskets as he wasnt able to find one and she snapped back "Im not the owner dont talk to me about it", and I went to swipe my luckys rewards card through the machine (which I can do at the luckys in rwc) and she snapped at me as well telling me "thats not a credit card its a card to track what you spend hand that to me". That person Sue represents the Luckys company as a whole and she should be fired! Ill never be going back there!

Skip shopping at this store, go to Safeway in Millbrae or Burlingame instead. The selection at this store is stale or old, their stock does not turnover often, not enough customers. Luckys scanners are consistently ringing up incorrect prices and then their customers service get huffy about refunds. The Management at this store is unresponsive at best about their poor attitude.

Terrible place to shop! The place is gross, the staff are rude and there produce is not fresh, the meat department is so small and the bakery isnt fresh. Luckys never has what Im looking for, self check out takes forever because it can never scan and I always have to wait for assistance. Most importantly they over price products. Im SO glad Safeway opened back, much cheaper!!

A good store, overall. I like the staff, and have come to know many of them over the years. I prefer the produce section over the Howard Safeway. Meat section nearly always has what Im looking for. Im holding off that last star because the restroom is generally in bad shape.

They sold me bad lamb meat i was so upset the manager didnt do anything about this.on top of that the manager made me smell other packs of lamb to help him. These were also bad altogether 10 packs of lamb wasted. Luckys help me out here

Very outdated. Customer service was bland. Visited the bakery and no one asked if i needed help till after they finished stocking pastries for about 15min. But the lady that did help was very nice and informative about ordering a cake.
