I dont recommend this particular GameStop. They act extremely stuck up and rude. Every time I go there they rarely engage in conversation about games. When I go to other GameStop stores they also give at least some input on what your purchasing. Also I recently felt ripped off when I trade in a bunch of games during a special sale when I knew those games were worth much more. Im never going back to this store.

So went here a few months ago to get some games but when I went in and asked a few questions the guy behind the counter acted like a pompous jerk. I asked "why is the used version of this game more expensive then the new one." His reply was "I dont know, if you dont want it then dont buy it." I soon left after that and have never gone back. So ya dont go here.

This store seems to be above most other Gamestops. Staff are friendly and helpful. I was going on vacation in a week, and one of the associates offered to let the store hold onto an online order I made by delivering it to the store until I got back. Very rarely have I had issues with this place in the last 6 years. Overall very pleased with their service.

Very nice staff, though I am frustrated because I bought a used xbox one controller and the buttons stuck, then I came in and returned it for another one, yet that one randomly makes the screen look up if youre playing a FPS.

I go here on a constant basis and Its always a comfortable visit. Im in, I get the game I want, im out. Never a hassle. I always come here because its really easy and the staff is super nice. I Recommend Coming Here

Sales associate took my return from another store because I had received two bad consoles in a row from the one up on 164th next to wal Mart. Kinda why I dont go into gamestops in the first place though.

Wont be coming to this store anymore. They are not so nice here, I felt uncomfortable and pretty sure I was ripped off. They act entitled and stuck up. I suggest going to a different GameStop.

Every time Ive been in there the staff has been very nice and helps me make an informed purchase as well as keeps me utd on upcoming releases. The store is very clean and well stocked.

they are all so far out of my area. wish they would bring one to bothell area. bothell is thriving and wanting to increase population by one million people in next couple years.
