Ive had nothing but good experiences here. Staff are always informative and offer to take extra steps to help you find what youre looking for, or notify you when it comes in. Store is well organized and all items are catalogued so they can check their stock plus the inventory of other stores in the area. You can also check their website before heading in to see which stores have what youre looking for. This place is always my first stop when Im looking for a new game, movie or CD.

I love this place! My kids buy games at a decent price and I had a bunch of movies I needed for a cinema class and they had them all for $2.50 to like $6 a piece and the few they didnt have they are having them sent to the store from one of their other locations at no extra cost! The staff are also always super patient with my kids and they are really friendly!

Great place if youre looking to trade in Games/Dvds/Cds or to buy some Games/Dvds/Cds. If they dont have the item youre looking for at that location, they will try to get it, if they have it at another location or if they dont stock it at all they might even special order it.

They have a great selection, but overall I think the place has gone downhill a bit. Some of the employees seem a bit rude and just sort of look at you funny. I only come in here now if Gamestop doesnt have what I am looking for.

A great place! Very friendly and helpful employees. I went in with a large number of dvds and walked out happy, felt like I got a great deal. I will definitely return to this store whether it would be to buy or sell.

Absolutely no customer service, NO new games the 4 times iv been up there to buy a game they are always sold out. And non of the employees are helpful in any way better off going some where else for any gaming needs

Bought call of duty ghosts, and blackops 2 was in the game case when I got home. They called in a replacement for me, so in the end it was a good experience.
